Does the job, and does it well
Great little item, good value, no noticeable lag at all, bluetooth connectivity is far, size is small, easy to set up, and functions as it should.

Works well and no setup required on my Windows 11 computer
Easy plug in Bluetooth adapter for my Windows 11 PC which doesn't have the hardware built in. I'm using it for connecting to my Alexa sound setup and there have been no glitches. No configuration was required, and range and performance seems as good as on my other devices.

Boom sesame. Just Works
Perfect little dongle whether it be to connect headphones, controllers or anything else. It just works perfect with windows or Linux as simple as plug and play.Connectivity is very stable and is able to extent out decently far as long not to many things are between line of sight of the dongle.

Doesn't work on Windows 11. No drivers for it. Waste of money.
Tried it on several different PC and laptop, and it will not install drivers for Windows 11. Should have taken note of other buyers who said the same thing.Waste of money.

Great Connection
The latest Bluetooth dongle is essential with Windows 11. I was using a 4.0 and on this OS, that gave issues with connecting, but the UGREEN 5.4 adapter remedied immediately. I can now see my bluetooth devices and be seen by them instantly. A really great value bit of kit.

Cheap to buy and does what it’s supposed to do
A very good Bluetooth dongle. I use it to with my desktop PC to connect to my cricut machines and it works perfectly. I’ve not experienced any connection issues with it, I use it over a range of about 15-20 feet and the connection is very stable and never drops out.It was easy to install, I just plugged it into a free usb slot on my computer and then it automatically installed the drivers which took about 30 seconds, after that I could connect to any of my bluetooth devices.I would recommend this to anyone in need of a bluetooth dongle, it’s cheap to buy and does what it’s supposed to do.

OK - not brilliant
Easy to set up for PC. Connects easily but struggled with more than two devices. Good quality, but the mouse connection can be unreliable, causing phantom movements.
