I purchased this in preparation for recovery from hip replacement surgery. Wish I'd bought it a year ago when my hip problems started becoming a hinderance! It has made a huge difference in using my home toilet. Love the padded handles! It's easy to install, lock in place and remove when needed.

I bought it for my mom. This thing came with good package and good quality. Easily assembled. My mom thinks it is useful so it to some extent saved my life.

Purchased this after my 2nd foot surgery. We debated purchasing a handicap toilet, but ran across this. As it was a cheaper option and could be returned if necessary so we opted for this. It has allowed me the privacy of being able to use the toilet without having someone assist me. It is very sturdy, and the handrails or a must.

This is an easy to assemble and well made product that can be the answer for people who need a little help standing up from the toilet. I had 2 problems. The opening on the seat part is sort of small. The entire device was too high for me as the front legs are a fixed height and we could find no way to lower them.

Product weight capacity listed as 300 lbs. My 220 lb husband assembled and sat to check height adjustment. Product collapsed, throwing him to floor and bending the Aluminum tubing leg. not sturdy at all. He could have been seriously injured.

My wife wasn't too happy when I told her I bought this for her. But a standard toilet was too low and she fell a couple of times after standing up. Absolutely ZERO complaints now! It's so much easier to sit down and stand up for her now and she is super happy now that she has it; just from the 1st time using it, she couldn't believe the difference. It's comfortable for her and it was easy to install. It's harder for her to wipe (the bars keep her from being able to swivel around), but we bought a long-handled tool and it works out fine for her. We also bought a little squeeze bottle "bidet," and the combination of the 3 new items make her very happy. She has her independence back and safety is no longer a concern of mine. (I normally wouldn't put such private info in a review, but I want others to know that it's okay to move to an assisted toilet.)

Easy set up. And secure fit

Had to return, did not fit my toilet. No problem with returning. Seemed to be made good was disappointed that it didn’t work.
