I like this magnesium a lot. Since I’ve started using it, I get a good nights sleep. Even if I wake up I’m able to fall back asleep which was not the case before I started taking this. I also believe that the ashwagandha has me very relaxed and feeling less stressed. I would continue to buy as long as I continue to see positive results

I like the addition of other supplements along with the magnesium seems to be helping me sleep at night better

I wanted a magnesium complex but I certainly didn’t want Ashwagandha in it. I cannot get a good nights rest when taking ashwaganda. I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep for hours. And I know it’s the ashwaganda because I had previously heard such rave reviews about it that I purchased Ashwaganda capsules and had to stop taking them because I couldn’t get a good nights sleep and I’d be so tired the next day. I either had difficulty sleeping or if I did sleep I’d have nightmares. Now, I’m getting like 2or 3 hours sleep then I’m awake for a couple hours. I was so excited to get a magnesium complex that I failed to see the word “ASHWAGANDA” on the label. I won’t be returning these because I feel it is my fault I didn’t see “ASHWAGANDA”, I will just buy a another bottle or brand that doesn’t have that ingredient. I’ve been taking this supplement for a few days and I’m unbelievably tired. I don’t think I’ve ever been this tired in life. I usually sleep 7&8 hours a night. Now, I’m dead tired.*************UPDATE****************This is a very good seller. Their customer service worked with me to resolve this issue. I am now upgrading this to 5 stars because their customer service is outstanding. I did not contact them they reached out to me and voluntarily resolved this issue, which is something some sellers do not do and means a lot to me. I'm still a customer and will be ordering the product that is best for me.

Wonderful product. I’m definitely not as fatigue throughout my day and sleeping better.

I've been taking every evening for 2 weeks. I decided to try these after using a different, powder to water product because the powder was very expensive. So far they seek to be working, I relax quickly and my sugar cravings aren't as fierce. I'll finish the bottle and add another review
