Lightweight but solid
First off I don't think this is iron but more like metal as it's very lightweight and it only weighs 4 pounds. Because of how light this is I was skeptical but, honestly, I packed a lot of wood on it and it's holding up just fine (half heavy oak and half a light white wood). We don't have a lot of room near the fireplace to store wood the curved rack I was using was 4" wider which always got in the way of the recliner, even after turning it. Being this rack isn't as wide it fits better in the corner and the recliner is no longer hitting it. Assembly was very easy with the included tools and the leveling feet are a nice feature especially since our floors are so buckled now, especially in front of the fireplace. The rack fits nice on a smaller boot tray to help collect the bark and everything else that tends to fall off the logs. Hopefully I'll be able to find a wider tray or a silicone sink mat or something to catch the melting snow we always end up with. The reason for the 4 stars is because I really don't think this is iron but just powder coated metal. Also, there are some sharp corners and paint is marred in spots exposing the gray color underneath the black paint. However, for the price of $19.99 at the time of this review I think it's a very reasonable deal and it definitely works better for me.

Perfect for sitting next to the wood stove
This is relatively small but so is the price. This is perfect for drying out an arm load of firewood by the wood stove after bringing it in from outside. Two of these would be better. One on each side of the wood stove. One holding already dry wood and the other holding wood fresh from outdoors. It goes together quick and easily. With care this should last a long time. Just do not drop or throw logs in and it will be fine.

Capable Firewood Storage Rack
The firewood rack was easy to assemble and is perfect for storing smaller pieces outside or near a fireplace. It’s compact, sturdy, and provides quick access to firewood without taking up much space. If you would like to hold more wood than a couple of nights worth, then I would recommend getting a larger size. If not, then this is a solid choice. We had been storing our firewood in a plastic bag, but the wood was sweating and there was a lot of moisture in that bag. Also, the roaches had invaded the wood and were using it for a nursery. This approach is a more functional solution.

The 1.4 size is perfect for a nights worth of wood.
We got the 1.4 ft size, and it's good for 3 or 4 large logs split down the middle. Enough to last a cold night and into the morning without needing to go back outside and get more wood until the day warms up. It's kinda perfect. I wish that I could have the patience to split everything into the neatly stacked wood you see in the promo pictures, it looks like it could hold a lot that way, but for us it's fine just throwing halved wood on there. It's sturdy, easy to assemble, and even included the tools with a spare nut and bolt. It's a simple product done well.

Great price
I was contemplating building a wood rack when I came across this rack and the deal on it at the time so I ordered it.. it arrived on time and I put it together that night... I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed in the size of the tubing and thickness of the metal.... Time will tell how it holds up outside.... overall it's ok

Just what I was looking for
This small firewood rack was about what I expected. I bought it to keep a few logs near the fireplace. It has sturdy construction, pleasant appearance, and assembled easily. The locking nuts give me confidence that I won't be constantly trying to tighten things together because they worked loose. The matt finish seems to resist scratching, which is nice. It is just what I was looking for.

Sturdy Wood Rack!
It’s sturdy and holds more wood than expected. It was a little challenging to put together by myself. It looks great next to my wood stove.

Perfect for a fire pit log holder.
This is the perfect size for my solo stove fire pit. The depth inside (the gap going back) is 8 1/2" which means you need logs that are at least 8 1/2" long or they will fall through the bottom. The width is 17 1/2" and the hight is about 17 1/2" as well. So this will hold enough logs for a few fire pit nights. If you are using large split logs 4"+ in size, I would go to the next size because this will probably only fit about 5 of those logs. Same with a Dura flame-type log, maybe 6 of those. But for smaller diameter logs that you usually use in a fire pit this is perfect.Construction was simple and the metal is sturdy. The metal is a bit thin which makes it lightweight but you can bend it and break it if you really try. Also, just overtightening the screws will bend the metal. That is my only negative. Comes with adjustable feet so you can make sure it is always stable and level.
