Best foam roller I have used
Best foam roller I have used. Others have been cheaper but softer and have had to be discarded after 2 -3 months because the indentations in the foam get so deep the rollers become useless. This Sissel roller is much firmer and massages my leg muscles more thoroughly. And I think it will last a lot longer, so should be more economical over time.

Un fidèle allié pour les séances de gym
Je cherchais un roller pilates de bonne qualité, à la fois robuste et adapté à mes exercices. J'ai enfin trouvé mon bonheur avec ce modèle Sissel qui m'accompagne dans mes activités sportives. Sa matière est anti-dérapante et sa texture permet un bon soutien du corps quelle que soit la morphologie de la personne qui l'emploie (homme ou femme). Conçu pour résister à l'usure, c'est un bon investissement et je confirme qu'il est de bien meilleure qualité que la plupart des rollers en vente dans les magasins de sport ou en ligne.

Sissel Pilates PRO Fitness Rolle 90cm: ich bin sehr zufrieden, ob zum entspannen oder um leichte Übungen zu machen. Ich hätte nicht erwartet, dass diese Rolle so viele Möglichkeiten bietet und so viel bringt. Ich sitze sehr viel und habe den oberen Rücken, sowie die Schulterpartie sehr verspannt. Alleine das Arme kreisen bringt für die Beweglichkeit der Schultern enorme Erleichterung. Hier kann ich ganz klar sagen: wenig hilft viel. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Qualitativ finde ich diese Rolle sehr gut, habe aber auch keine Vergleichswerte. Härtegrad, durchaus sehr fest...Vorteil, man kann sich auch zum ausbalancieren draufstellen. Fazit: ich finde die Rolle top!Zettel mit Übungen liegt bei, bei YouTube findet man aber auch einige Tipps und Übungen u.a. für Reiter...
