Great watch , but no after sale support.I bought 1, liked it so good, bought 4 more for Christmas presents.Then I had a problem with mine on location .I wrote an email asking for help. I asked-begged for phone number so I could talk to someone. Never got one.4 times I asked for help and keep getting same reply.I did everything the reply asked. Watch still won’t work right.I have now asked for a replacement. They say they are guaranteed for life.We’ll see.Don’t buy one.Had a problem and they won’t fix it. They say Lifetime warranty. That’s bull.A lot of other smartwatches out there. Stay away from this one.

Got this watch for Christmas and it only lasted 3 days before it completely stopped working. The steps are off, it changes languages and settings on its on, the battery doesn’t last as long as they say and costumer service will not get back to you. All the things they advertised where lies don’t waste your money!

I bought a Luxium Crusader watch and tried it for two days. Heart Rate and Blood pressure readings were way off compared to one's at my doctor's. Step counts were almost triple the actual distance walked. I contacted the company within three days and filled in the required form explaining the watch is basically unusable as it is not accurate on a number of categories. Just got a reply, no refund will be given. STAY AWAY from this company.

I purchased the Crusader directly from Luxium and was completely unsatisfied with the product. The performance is poor. When connected to my phone I began to experience dropped calls. They customer service is horrible and they won't accept a return and denied my claim for a refund. If you're looking for a smartwatch, I'd look somewhere else.

If you have a problem of don’t like the product, they will do nothing but keep your $$, Contact your credit card company and file a claim, they are an unethical company. Look around, I wish I did before I purchased
