Do they have this style for women?

I stepped out of the box Im a 5 foot two woman. I had lenses that had to fit a larger frame. The Tom Ford frames worked because the frame was clear it wasn’t so in your face… Originally I had turned Tiffany sunglasses frames into every day Progressive. The lenses fit the Tom ford frames. I tried them on in an optic store they looked cute let’s hope for the best. By the way getting them on Amazon I saved $275.00 The Tiffany frames were just too bold for every day it just didn’t work so I am hoping they work I’ll send you a picture when I get them. It’s going to take a month to get them Unfortunately .

Are they truly clear in the front?

Yes, it is. Because the glasses comes with no prescription.

Can these lenses be swapped for prescription lenses?

Yes. I am wearing these frames with a prescription as we speak.
