This is a sturdy sifter. It’s easy to crank the handle and flour/sugar comes out powdery fine. I hand wash and let air dry.

Retraction- so sorry I accidentally gave this a bad review. This is the sifter that I received the very next day and saved my cookies!! Easy to use and does exactly what you want a sifter to do- quickly.

I bought this in January and it already is rusted inside (I dry it real well when I use it).I am very disappointed that rust would build up so quickly.I would not recommend buying this.

I have not used this yet. I just opened the package and had to LOL because it is so small, it almost seems like a toy. I'm sure it will work just fine but it's very small so just be aware of that before you buy one for yourself.

Doesn't always break up the clumps by turning the grinder handle but all that has to be done is to push the clumps that don't grind up through the screen to turn them to powder.

Wanted a small sifter that fit inside my flour canister and had the hand crank. This fit the bill and being stainless steel is a plus.

The old one was really, really, really old and seized up after a few decades of multi-generational use. This is exactly what I wanted. Recommend. 👍

Took forever to sift a cup of flour. If you want hand exercises go ahead and get this, otherwise I’m told the ones with a crank are easier.

Works just as it should. Should have had one of these years ago, always used a sieve but this is way easier to use. I find this is just the right size for most of the recipes I use, wouldn’t want it any smaller and any bigger and it gets cumbersome to store. Seems to be a well make sifter and is easy to use. The wire that feeds the flour through the screen makes good surface contact so everything gets worked through that can go through. I would recommend this sifter. I am very happy with it.

Works great. Much better for my arthritic hands. The ones where you have to squeeze over and over to make it soft, really hurts to use. So glad I found this one very happy with this.

Really quirky sifter, seen this on a programme on the TV, Pioneer Woman, so I decided to get my wife one who cooks of a weekend with our granddaughter. The sifter arrived well on time and we were not disappointed with the machine. I was surprised that the sifter arrived intact as the packaging was not very good, considering the item came from America and how many people had come into contact with it, I was surprised to find it intact, perhaps the company who sent out the Sifter might want to look at the packaging next time. I would recommend this item to anyone, it really is a very nice implement.

It's an ok product. When I add more than a cup of flour in it, it gets difficult to turn the crank. Plus the bottom mesh is not fixed, it moves around when we try to clean it. I expected more from this product, considering its price.
