False advertising.Tested these with water, got them for an upcoming road trip.Information here and on packaging says it can absorb up to 700ml of liquid.FIRST issue: In reality, the product can only safely coagulate amounts of up to around 300-400ml, far from the advertised amount.At around 400-500ml and above, either a significant amount of the liquid will remain liquid, or (if the bag is squeezed to mix the contents) all if it becomes a slightly thicker but still very fluid substance that WILL LEAK from the bag if not kept upright.That is the SECOND issue: the bag is only leak proof if ALL the liquid is coagulated into the 'solid' gel by the pad in the bag - otherwise it will leak if not kept upright, which is a problem when anything above 400ml will still leave liquid in the bag.THIRD issue: There was a small hole found along the seam of the first bag I opened, which had to be discarded.Manufacturer needs to either increase the amount of absorbant material in the bag or change their advertising/instruction info to reflect the actual absorbance of the bag.Would have given one star, however the majority of events for adults will be between 250-400ml, which is just within what the bag can actually handle. They are problematic in the case of heavy events exceeding 400ml. Otherwise, they will work fine.
