This full body massage mat is great. I have used it in a recliner, but my favorite place for it is on the bed in my game room (It's a spare bed where I can leave the mat always). I laid the mat out and laid down on it and turned it on. At first, I adjusted the vibration motors to where they were all on, constantly, on the high setting. I also added heat and then laid back and just enjoyed the vibration. At the bottom, there are 4 vibrators for my legs and they make my legs feel good. The next one up (two actually -- one left and one right) massages my butt and is heated. The legs aren't heated, but from the butt up, they are. The next ones are for the middle back and upper back. They all feel amazing.After using it for a while, I started experimenting with the preset massage programs and WOW! am I glad I did. I selected the first one and let it run and did that with all of them. They are each amazing in their own right. I fell asleep with one of them, but woke up when it automatically shut off after a preset time. I think it's 30 minutes. The controls are easy to use and easy to master. The vibration is strong enough to make my muscles feel better after abusing them with yard work, and the heat functions very nicely as a muscle relaxer as well.The massager is easily portable from one area to the next, but I'll be leaving mine where it is because its very convenient and easy. If you want to attach it a bit more permanently, there are straps to do that. I didn't use them since laying flat doesn't need it. The cord is long enough to reach my nearest outlet, and the whole thing is very quiet when I'm laying on it.

This is the largest vibrating mat I have had. The length and ease of moving is appreciated, and folds up nicely. I especially like the 5 different modes of vibration, that can target all or specific areas. The heat function will be super in winter. This well made mat is super relaxing! Lastly, the control is easy to use and understand.

This was the 4th massage pad I bought on Amazon and the only keeper. It's comfortable to sit on all the time. The heat feature doesn't get as hot as my heating pads, but it's enough to give instant relief in my low back. The shiatsu rollers are too much for me, but the gentle vibration of this mat is perfect. I only use the steady low massage intensity, but I like that there are lots of massage types and intensities. The length is really good too. I'm 5'4" and I can feel the massage on my shoulders down to my ankles. My only complaint is that the strap doesn't reach around my recliner so I had to add something to it to make it reach. The pad isn't perfect, but it's great for folks with chronic pain (shout out to my Ankylosing Spondylitis peeps).

I am so highly impressed by this item. At first, I couldn't believe how lightweight and portable it was. It's so easy to move from chair to chair. It also doesn't take much much space once rolled up.Besides the portability, I'm also really happy with the different functions of this massage mat. It gives you 5 different preprogrammed massage modes. However - the best part - is that you also have the option to select between one and four areas to target. If you only want the massage on your legs, or instead on your back, you can select that area to target. This is where the product really stands out from its competition.There are also three different intensity levels and a heat option, which works well. It definitely gets hot - hot enough to be effective, but not uncomfortably so. The material on this mat is smooth and comfortable.Overall, I highly recommend this product. It's an excellent portable option out there on the market.

This caused me spinal damage . It is a very aggressive machine. I sent it back. I consider it an unhealthy appliance,! It really damaged my cervical spine!

This massager mat is the perfect size! Not only that, but it has such strong vibrations and feels great while you’re using it. It is very convenient how it can be used on the couch or bed or whatever other surface you want. It is very lightweight so it is very easy to store and get out whenever you need it. The remote is easy to use as well.
