I am happy that they have produced a stevia icing sugar for baking. It is perfect as it doesn't spoil the cake texture and it gives sweatiness without the sugar calories.

This is the best mix of Erythritol and Stevia I have found and because it is in powder form you can use it for all sweetening from beverages to cakes to confectionary like making sugar free chocolate or sweetening popcorn. It also lasts a long time so very economical. I find it has less of an aftertaste than any of the others

Order arrived on time.Sprinkled ontop of some healthy buns I made today, gave a nice sweet kick without the calories

Terrible. Bitter and metallic taste, not icing sugar texture at all, its like castor sugar and you cannot make an icing style paste of this as its in granules! I tried to grind to an even finer size but it remains in tiny granules, not soft powder like icing sugar. Ultimately it didnt mix with the water and therefore the water was absorbed by the cake and the granules sat on top of. Horrible crunch and taste.

I will never buy this again it's dreadful stuff. Wouldn't blend. Its just blobs of mush. Got a bag to go back have good mind to return the other which I tried. I suppose they make their profit on people buying 1 bag which can't be used and they can't return either. No stars for this product.
