great chunks
Added these to a lava rock grill pan for my pellet smoker. Fire got nice and hot up to around 500 if not higher suitable for searing steaks, etc..

Doesn’t seem like you get a lot in the bag. Could have really used 2 but I’m making due with one. They work ok. Would recommend

Even heat
Put these in the bottom of my char-broil h2o electric smoker to even the heat and works great.

Replaced old rocks with the new ones, so my gas grill is also ready to rock and roll the 4th away.

Inconsistent size
Bought this in anticipation of refreshing my Gas grill.More than 50% of the lava rock was pebble size and fell right through the grates. Total waste of money. Had to buy extra bag just to complete the job. Have to be better choices out there with more consistent size.
