Experiment with different colour nail polishes. Instructions 1. Paint your nails with a clear base coat or a colour of your choice2. Cut around the Nail Decal designs and then Soak the Nail Decal in warm water for 30-60 seconds3. Remove from water, pat dry on a tissue and peel design from backing paper4. Position onto nail and smooth down with finger and trim excess with nail scissors5.
