The media could not be loaded.  Wow this product is so terrible. I had every intention of returning it and I'm really sad I missed the return deadline. It is terribly crafted and terribly designed. The little design on the front of the top is very cute. But there's nothing else nice about it. Tea bags are too big to be stored in it with the lid closed. It's already falling apart because one of the corners was barely even glued together. You can see glue at every seam and the wood is not nicely finished or fitted together properly. You can see through the paint and there are bumps and lumps in it. I can't believe any company would send out a product as badly made as this is. I will include some pictures to show what I mean. But I don't think you can see how bad it is in a picture compared to real life.

I give it 4 stars because the lid doesn't close all the way once you add the tea bags. Its doesn't show that in the pictures. It's very pretty and I still use it. I just wish it was built a little better, for what it's being advertised for, especially since it's out on my counter for people to see and use.

Some tea bags are too large for it.

The design looks nice, but the box itself is shoddily made. I had two issues with the product, both are due to sloppy craftsmanship/poor manufacturing.The hinge is about a 1/4" off so the top doesn't sit evenly on the box. Additionally, the lattice part on top isn't centered evenly, so it skews to one side and you can see all the dried glue (where the lattice part should be sitting, but since it's skewed to the side you can clearly see the dried glue).I won't be returning the product since I already have it, but if I saw this in stores I wouldn't have bought it.

Terrible. Broken lid from what looks like a poorly done hot glue job. Inside looks dirty and stained.Do not waste your money on this.

It’s pretty I really like it. The clear panel is plastic not glass.

This product is terrible, wish I read reviews before. Tea does not fit in the box and won’t close if there is tea in it. Also not put together well

It is an average quality product overall. I expected more detail and finish for the price. Mine came chipped a little on the outer corner. Inside and the bottom have unfinished look as well. A bit disappointing to be honest.

The product did not look like its photo on Amazon. As soon as i opened the lid, it fell apart. Not even made of wood. It was glued together which came apart. The hinges where screwed in too tightly that the lid didn't shut properly. The inside was like spray painted and not even done evenly. There were still spots that were not painted properly. Whoever put this together just glued and spray painted the box on the cheap. I tried to return it but it's not worth the postage and time to return.

La boîte est très belle, mais ne vaut pas le prix que j'ai payé. Elle n'est pas assez haute pour placer les poches de thés sans les plier et on voit de la colle sur les côtés. De plus, ce n'est pas de la vitre, mais du plastique transparent. En gros, elle est vraiment mignonne et je l'aime, mais elle ne devrait pas être aussi dispendieuse.

When I was looking for this type of product, I was looking for one that was made of 100% wood. The information provided by the vendor under the section: Technical information clearly shows: Material -> Wood.The entire box is made of compressed sawdust. Is sawdust wood? Of course it is . Thus when vendors advertise: Made of wood, it implies solid wood! not compressed sawdust.The lid is also made of compressed sawdust. Because I was not expecting to get a box made from compressed sawdust, I did not pay detail attention far right picture - where it shows the back of the lid. Place the cursor on the picture and you can see the lid is made of compressed sawdust.The following 3 pictures shows the box closed. I got cough on these pictures. If you enlarge the picture, it shows the top of the lid made of wood (you can see the wood fibers). However what the manufacture of this box did, was to placed a very thin lager of real wood on top. The layer is about 1 mm in thickness. The rest is compressed sawdust.The box is fragile. As I held in my hands and inspected it, I can hear a cracking noise. The top also shows what leads customers to believe is glass. This is NOT glass, is just a very thin plastic sheet. As I was opening/closing the lid, it came off. I just re-glue it.Does the box looks cute? Yes but the advertisement of what you will get is MISLEADING! I was away for a while, by the time I had a chance to carefully inspected it was to late to return it.

Arrived with cuts & cracks & overall quality is bad.It would only look good in pictures !
