Received a used Apple Type C power supply
The package I received was three boxes wrapped together with cling wrap.Removing the cling wrap, I found a KarstCave box, a Type C USB cable in a bag and a brown box presumably with international adapters. The Karstcave box was glued shut. When I tore it open I found an Apple type C power supply with glue on it. A normal Apple supply will come with a protective plastic wrap. This one did not have the wrap so I assume that it is a used supply. The brown box contained 3 Apple international power adapters. The USB C cable seemed nice.I chose this supply over the Apple supply for the additional USB charging ports. Unfortunately I will need to keep looking.

Works fine, though not doing full 61W on USB-C PD port
I got the correct charger (unlike Joseph in the one-star review). The only problem I have encountered so far is that it is on my 2017 Macbook Pro 13", the System Information app reads it as a 41W charger, unlike the original Apple charger that the apps reads as a 60W charger. When I measure the power going into the machine during charging, the Apple charger goes up to about 58W, and this one reaches about 39W, which is consistent. I sent a note to KarstCave and they confirmed that the 61W is the overall wattage for the charger, though they didn't mention that the charger only reports itself as a 41W device. Given that, I don't really understand the warning (called a "Warm Tip" instead of a "Hot Tip" 😄) on the box and in the instruction guide saying not to use the other ports while you are using the USB-C PD port to charge a device "that around 61W"; if the charger reports that it is only 41W, the machine shouldn't draw more than 41W from that port. The product description should make that clearer. That said, I think I'm going to keep it: Even with 41W for the USB-C PD port, the machine charges (although a bit slower than with the Apple charger), and I can plug in other devices to charge while the Macbook Pro is plugged in, the warning notwithstanding. The QC fast charge port works fine with my Samsung Galaxy G7, and the other two USB ports charge normal USB devices just fine as well. Also of note: The plugs are interchangeable with the Apple plugs, meaning you can use the grounded cord that came with your Apple power supply on this one, and you can use the international plugs that come with this package on your Apple power supply. For some reason, the Q&A on the product says they are a different size; they are not.
