SPRI Resistance Band Kit - Resistance Training Interchangeable Tubes for Full Body Toning - Includes 5 Exercise Bands, Ankle/Wrist Strap with Padded Handles, Door Anchor, Exercise Guide, Carry Bag

Handy workout tool that I used while stuck in barracks. Nice and lightweight that had a good tug while using the bathroom door for simple workouts during the Covid lockdown. I still use it now, so it holds together well

I love these bands! I was hesitant to buy them because I wanted something decent for the reasonable price. Super easy to change out for different exercises. The handles are comfortable & I love the door stop so I can work my lower & upper body. The ankle strap was confusing to me at first but now that I know how to wrap it correctly, it is very secure. I did have to google how to use it since there was no instructions included. It does include several exercises with photos which was very helpful in getting started to use them. I take them to my exercise class every day. I am very happy with my purchase!!

We travel quite a bit and there are few hotels that have complete workout rooms with resistance equipment, therefore I bring these bands and I can do a pretty good toning work out and they always fit into my suit case. Gang them up to achieve the desired resistance!

I like the handles and it works well. When I tried replacing one of the bands, they gave me the same color, but it was a different weight. I called to find out why the color/weight wasn't the same. The customer service was bad. I never got an answer and they didn't replace the band with the correct weight.

These are heavier duty and stronger resistance bands that provide a tough workout. I especially like how multiple bands can be combined together to make for an even tougher pull. Solid, well made, strong and durable.

Just what I needed!! Thank you!

Works well

Longer and cheap low quality fabrication compared to my last set. (The shorter set is my old one). The elastic is longer than last set as seen in photo by almost 10” and quality is not there. All the elastics are apparently for real tall people or just not well planned. I had thrown away the container or I would’ve sent them back once I tried them out. I am going to use part of my old set with some of the new set. But even the handles were smaller in size and have cheaper quality than what I have ordered before from different purveyors. Do your home work. I just threw $30 away, usable as extra parts only.

Flimsy product, not as advertised do not buy. I sent It back and got a full refund. Bought TheFitLife one instead which I’m happy with.
