I was taken by surprise. The effect on my skin was shown in less than three days. It is Fragrance Free. The overall performance was great. It absorbed nicely into my skin and left my skin hydrated without being greasy. This product is excellent for sensitive, normal, oily, combination and acne prone skin. I have mature skin with combination,sensitive and acne prone skin. I had no bad reaction. This product is also great for spring, summer and autumn weather. Definitely adding it to my facial skin care routine.

I have super super dry and sensitive skin. This product did not irritate me and does not have a noticeable scent. When I first got this, I used it with another new product, and I saw an increase in my skin texture. I realized it was probably due to using two new products at once and stopped using this. A few weeks later, I’ve introduced it into my skincare routine, and it’s amazing. I can see why people call this a holy grail product, it truly is.How to use it (imo): I usually wash my face with a gentle cleanser, pat off the excess water, then take a small amount of this toner and rub it between my palms before patting it on my damp face. Then, I let it sink in before adding my serums and moisturizer over top.After using it, my skin feels as soft and smooth as a baby’s butt, no joke. It’s so soothing and I absolutely love it!!!

This toner is a staple product in my skincare system and I've repurchased again and again for the past 5 years. I keep coming back for its cheap price. With the amount provided, I think it's a steal. For background, I have semi-oily / dehydrated skin. After cleansing, I slap this baby on twice before moving onto my serums and oils. It is really hydrating and gives my skin a slight glow after application. The only complaint I have is that there are some paraben ingredients, which supposedly interrupts your hormone and causes cell damage. If Hada Labo can change up its ingredient and remove the paraben, I will never use another toner again.

This is an excellent “toner” and I put that in quotes because that’s essentially what Americans would call it. In Japan and South Korea these types of products are called “lotions” so people are commenting that this is not a lotion and your right it isn’t to Americans or Europeans. If you want a lotion type product you have to buy the Hada Labo Milky version of this.Anyways, this product is wonderful when applied to damp skin. Hyaluronic acid needs to pull water from the air or skin to hydrate the surface of your skin. So it’s always best to apply to damp skin so that you don’t inadvertently dry your skin out. It’s suppose to be applied using your palms not a cotton pad. This way you can layer it and apply a moisturizer on top to keep the moisture in and not evaporate. This isn’t meant to be your one and only form of moisturizing if you do that you’ll most certainly end up with dehydrated skin.

This is fabulous! It leaves your skin super soft to the touch, areas where pores are more noticeable get smoothed magically. Use a small amount and add more if needed. 1st x I used too much & had a whiteish residue in my face freaking me out for a few seconds as I added water to my face and all was well. Moisturizes w/o feeling oily or any residue at all. I gave it 5 stars for it being UNSCENTED and wish EVERY PRODUCT IN THE WORLD WERE UNSCENTED- there’re way too many chemical based smells competing and it all just stinks to me. Companies should provide a packet w/scent for customers to add as much as wanted or none. Free marketing advice.
