A good quality cushion thicker than most others advertised tho slightly more expensive. Takes a bit of getting used to, but I’m getting there. Finding it easier to sit for longer periods and hoping it continues to improve the discomfort previously suffered.

It's about 2 inches thick but eases the coxis pain from sitting on a chair cushion and now I can enjoy sitting for long periods of time sitting on my office chair and driving longer journeys.
