.... this is a great cat wheel that I would recommend it comes well packed with parts protected and separated with very clear instructions on assembly which is quick and easy. It's well balanced on quiet wheels and turns easily. Lighter than wood models. Has pads on bottom to help with grip and protect floor. Affordable and ships quick !!

I'm pretty happy with the quality. Assembly was easy alone. I am concerned with the exposed wheels, can't a cat's tail get caught in that really easily? I have two cats and maybe one might get too close on the outside. There might be a slight problem with the unit I got, no matter what I do the track shifts to one side and causes squeaking on one wheel, which also slows it down. Lastly, the whole assembly can wobble if you put it on carpet. If the bases were wider it might be better, although it'd take up more space. I don't have enough space on the wood floor in my apartment for it. My cats haven't fully learned to use it yet but I'm excited for them to try. Update: About 1 month later, both my cats have learned to use it and enjoy it. They meow at me to watch and encourage them haha. I am keeping the 4 star review, the one wheel still squeaks at low speeds in one direction and I can see how the wheels will wear down over time, but they still move smoothly. The fabric on the inside has started to fray a little. It would be nice if the outside of the wheel was more than just the plastic bottom of the track, which can scratch you if you try to stop it from there. I'm also weary of how easy it is for the wheel to come off the tracks, you just have to lift it. I wish it would lock or secure somehow, but I'm sure there's a reason for that. Those are just some notes and areas for improvement in my opinion, but I don't regret purchasing.

Pros: Extremely easy to assemble Good quality plastic and grip mats Mats are sticky and stay on Quiet enough to do other activities without being bothered Cats love it and started using it day one Cons: Costs a lot for it being a plastic circle on some wheels Loud enough to make me nervous about a downstairs neighbor in an apartment being annoyed MAJOR CON: The actual wheels that it sits on are completely exposed, leaving possibility of a tail or paws (especially if you have multiple cats) being caught in it and injured. If this seemed safer, it would easily be 4 stars.

I kept seeing reviews that said how great this was, and I guess they never tried another brand. I much prefer the nordic cat one. This is all plastic. The base has skateboard wheels. It's literally only two plastic H bars with wheels on the corners with one bar holding them together at the bottom. The plastic wheel does not have one continuous carpet that only has a seam where it comes together at the beginning and end, but several pieces of thinner carpet. It's a lot of seams, a lot of places for cats to get caught on. My cats really love to watch the skateboard wheels turn and I'm afraid they will get their paws caught in it. The other brand has an enclosure around the wheels. The wheel turns easily though. It's also really easy to remove the wheel from the base, whether on purpose or not. We definitely keep this one away from the window. This fixes my one complaint with the other brand - that it doesn't turn easily. But it ranges from not good to unsafe at the rest of it. Flimsy plastic, no enclosure around the wheels, thin carpet, several carpet sections instead of one, no wheel lock, and it looks unfinished. I wish I hadn't spent the money on this.

Plus, the switch to stainless steel pins makes attaching the wheels super easy. It’s light enough to move from room to room, so we can watch all the antics as they run on the wheel, tearing around and burning off their energy! The interior felt pads are a fantastic upgrade from the old foam ones. They’re tougher, look nicer, and switching to felt means no more little foam shreds. Another cool feature is the optional felt pads for the exterior, which give the wheel a stylish, almost luxury vibe. The felt is also replaceable, with different colors and designs available, so you can easily change things up whenever you feel like it. Overall, the OneFastCat exercise wheels have been a total game-changer for my high-energy cats. Regular exercise helps them maintain a healthy weight, keeps their moods up, and cuts down on destructive behavior since they’re busy burning off their energy. They jump on it throughout the day and night, happily running to their hearts’ content. Also of note, one of the best things is how much quieter it is—even at night, you can sleep peacefully while they run. As for durability, I’m confident this 7th generation model will hold up well. They offer a 45-day risk-free trial, so really, what do you have to lose? Training does take a little effort, but using a laser pointer, a wand toy, or some treats can get them started. Once they catch on, they’ll be zooming on it in no time. It’s definitely worth the effort—and your cat deserves it! 10/10 would recommend.
