Great fun and adventure
So fun! You can't believe the trouble...or should I say out of trouble too, that these witty but also innocent oldies get into. They can fool anyone. Fun, romance, silliness, wittiness...has it all! I've read the one before this too and recommend you read it first. Well worth the time to read it all. You hold your breath hoping they don't get caught...again.

Old People Can be Robbers
This book was a break from all my heavy reading. It's light, fun, and enjoyable. That elderly friends can devise and carry out planned robberies, and give to those in need is quite clever.

I didn't finish this book as it annoyed me. I usually like a book that features older folk as I'm 70 myself; however, these old folk steal from others and I just don't find that sort of thing entertaining.

Alright, but not equal to the first book
For some reason this book didn't do it for me like the first one. It just felt like a set up for another installment. There were funny parts, but it didn't flow as well. It feels life a lot was left unresolved.

Watch out
Fun second book in series. Watch second book has two different titles. Don’t buy twice like I did

Delightful
Delightful! Even though I liked the previous book, The Little Old Lady Who Broke All the Rules, better, this was a joy to read. When you are in the mood for a quick and humorous read, Martha and her cohorts are perfect. In the audio edition, the narrator's reading voice was perfect -- except when she did the conversations. The characters' voices were exaggerated, not skillfully done.I would highly recommend this book.

Entertaining
I laughed out loud many times while reading this book. The story was engrossing, if a bit improbable. The parts about being over looked because you are elderly are too true! It’ an entertaining read.

Great fun! I enjoyed the non-stereotypical portrayal of seniors with interests and wants and adventures of their own! Great group of seniors who prove that they are still their individual selves with wants and needs and interests. And they have a lot of fun!

Good on the humour but weak on the plot
This was a little disappointing after the previous book, The Little Old Lady Who Broke All the Rules, which I loved. Maybe this time the concept had lost the novelty factor, or the plot was more contrived. This time the Senior Naughties live next door to a bunch of bikers with aspirations to become |Mad Angels (read, Hell's Angels) who try to terrorise the oldies but who ultimately get paid back in their own coin with interest. The unintended siphoning of money into a policeman's pension investment account could have happened once or twice but that it should happen regularly was a stretch of credibility for me. By far the best bit was the antics of Einstein, the policeman's cat, who sat on the policeman's computer keyboard - just as my own cat does here at home. The writing and the humour are still abundantly here but the plot was spoiled by its weak points.

Having said that I did enjoy the story but I don't think I would bother ...
This story is as entertaining as the previous book but I think there are some loose ends that are just left hanging. The main one is that when she scoops the gravel out of the fish tank it is never mentioned again. I won't say why this happens as I don't want to spoil the story. I think the plot needs to be much tighter. Having said that I did enjoy the story but I don't think I would bother with any others if she writes another book in the series.

this is a charming piece- easy to read and full of smiles
a continuation of the delightful characters we met in The Little Old Lady Who Broke All the Rules perhaps with slightly more nuance as the plot reveals more of Martha's schemes carried out in a bumbling way but with all the intended success of the first robberies.this is a charming piece- easy to read and full of smiles. lovely writing.

Querky, Original and not Slushy!
Easy to read and fun to read. Clearly far-fetched but then it's not meant to be taken seriously, I mean, come on!My only criticism is that some of the style and language seems a bit immature and overly simple, it may be that it gets lost in translation. However, for light holiday reading or something to lift your mood, this is a good book. It's querky, original and not slushy!
