It works well, I recommend them. I'm happy to see that I don't have to be eating all the time, and I feel full very quickly. Give these pills a chance. I haven't lost any weight yet, but just by not eating so much all the time, that makes me happy.

These vitamins were wonderful for my knees and I took them faithfully. Alas, I learned eventually, taking Bromelain in tablet form was not for me. It reduced the effects of my my blood pressure medication. It's back to fresh cut pineapple for me.

As always the quality is great, and the taste idls pineapple, as far as the effect, i could not tell you since I feel fine and do take many other vitamins so in the scheme of things, I would say it works

These pills came very fast and the bottle is very large, but so are the pills. I have a hard time swallowing big pills and have a very sensitive gag reflex and choke easily. I didn’t research Konjac before buying this, I should have. These can easily swell in your esophagus if you don’t get them down fast enough because they are suppose to swell in the stomach to create fullness. Also, you must drink loads of water so it doesn’t sludge up your intestines. On days one and two I was able to swallow one pill 20-30 mins before eating. I felt full and liked the feeling of keeping my hunger at bay. The third day I took my morning pill and it got stuck, I could feel it expanding in the bottom of my esophagus like so many other reviewers stated. I chugged water as fast as I could and it went down. After that I was terrified to take these pills. Looking online this is a danger with taking Konjac in pill form. I loved the way the pills made me feel full though so I actually started to do a little research and read other reviews on here. One reviewer said they add one pill to applesauce. Genius! So I added 1 pill to 1/2 a cup of applesauce. It’s best if you mix it and wait a few minutes. The applesauce will Kindof thicken up. It was easy to take. I chug some water after every few bites of applesauce and I notice the same feeling of fullness without the scariness of choking! I only take 2 a day. 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon (both in applesauce) Drink lots of water and you will feel the effect of this fiber. I am thankful to have found this even though I have to take it in a different way. In the week I’ve been taking this I have lost 6lbs and I am not emotionally eating. Also, this has helped regulate things and helps with my constipation. If you have a hard time swallowing I hope this idea of taking with applesauce will help you as well. Giving 3 starts because I think these do work, I feel better after taking them. But the pill itself is huge, chalky and smells horrrrible. The longer I have them the worse they smell. I was having a hard time swallowing them so I started cutting them in half and somehow that's even worse. This is my second time trying this brand, I'm going to look elsewhere because I can't stand taking these.

Works amazing on headaches. I have used it multiple times and I also gave it to my son.
