I found this oil once at a grocery store and it was amazing. I thought that all macadamia oils would taste this good. I was wrong. OLIVADO MACADAMIA OIL IS ONE OF A KIND! I tried three or four other macadamia nut oils and none of them compare to the flavor you get from the Olivado brand. I like this oil for almost all of my cooking, I hardly use olive oil as the flavor is fantastic and gives a new depth to the taste. The high smoke point of macadamia nut oil makes it fantastic to cook with at higher temps too. I love that I was able to find this on Amazon, and buying it in bulk also make me really happy.

I use this product when i want to use a substitute for butter as i avoid dairy
