I've taken Ashwagandha for a while and do notice the benefits so was eager to try a different brand and this one seems to offer the same good quality as others, and for good value too.Tablets are a little big but easy to swallow with water and leave no after taste. Takes a couple of weeks for them to kick in but do notice the difference in my stress levels- reducing, and better quality sleep too so very happy to continue taking them.

Always hard to review items like this, as it will inevitably take a while to see any real results.But I can review what we’ve witness so far, and will do so as follows:Packaging: comes in a nice retail style container. Looks smart and has all the relevant info on there.Taste: they are fairly pleasant to eat; and have a nice fruity flavour. Easy to take.Texture: standard gummy, as expected.Price is decent and it seems to be a good product with no iffy ingredients.Happy to recommend!

It has a range of benefits, and I would recommend researching the claims, as random control trials have been done, but also to satisfy yourself that this supplement is suitable for you.I think this is a reasonable example of Ashwagandha, but as ever, it's worth checking Amazon for other brands and comparing price, weight and concentration.

Good quality and easy to swallow. High dosage strength and no bad aftertaste

These capsules aren't huge, but I can definitely feel them going down my throat. I'd much prefer if they were a bit slimmer, but I guess you can just open up the capsules and mix into a drink or meal.I've not noticed a change in my mood after taking them for two weeks, but I'll keep going.

Easy to swallow and very effective!

I have heard a lot about Ashwagandha but, to date have never tried it, so I thought I would. These capsules come well packaged, have very little smell, leave no aftertaste, are easy to swallow and have no side effects.I have been taking them now for about a week and as yet I have not noticed any noticeable benefits of taking them, maybe too soon yet, who knows.

Le produit est suffisamment dosé pour ma part et contient de la vitamines B6 qui complète la formule. Les gélules sont de taille standard, sans odeur désagréable, facile à avaler.

Je l'ai utilisé pour le stress pour pour essayer d'enlever mon eczéma ainsi que pour mes insomnies mais malheureusement cela m'a donné des maux de tête, de la somnolence, et des nausées. j'ai donc dû arrêter.

Je suis satisfaite de ces gellules d'ashwagandha.Avec 100 gélules c'est parfait pour une cure pour mon mari. Il faut prendre à priori deux par jour.Ça va l'aider à être en forme lors de ce changement de saison.
