I have a spine condition where it makes sitting and travelling very difficult.So got this to take with me wherever I’m needed to sit for any extended period.Finally im able to sit without agony! Have had this a month. It's been a godsend to me.I have nerve problems in my bottom area and if I sit on hard surfaces it hurts after a while.I have tried so many seat cushions but non have been comfy enough to help.This cushion is just the right firmness for me. It sinks in when you sit on it but stays firm enough to be supportive.It stops any pain or aches I have, even after sitting on it for hours.I use it on my armchair and also on my new sofa which is quite firm so this cushion helps ALOT.One months usasge and I can feel its starting to squish down a little bit but it is still doing its job very very well. I will see how it goes and I will edit post accordingly in the future if it fails or indeed stays BRILLIANT.Safe to say if I don't edit the post it's doing a good job still lol

I brought this seat cushion for my husband as he has been increasingly working from home recently after an ankle operation.At first he said it wasn’t needed but after afew days he commented how nice it was to sit on.We have recently started driving up to wales (3hours away) so decided to bring it with us.He now wants one for the car as well! It is soft and very comfortable. Supports lower back, It's comfortable and relieves the stress of sitting for long hours.Removable cover for easy cleaning.

This product is well made and really comfortable, it really helps with the pain.

I bought this based on all the glowing reviews. Big mistake! What I got was definitely not as advertised.I took the cover off to wash it before use and as you can see from the photos, it’s definitely not a lovely white premium memory foam cushion as advertised, but some weird grey mush with loads of holes and chunks missing all over the top and bottom. Not comfortable to sit on at all so have thrown it in the bin. Waste of money.Invest in a proper medical support cushion and don’t risk your back on this thing.

I have three collapsed Vertebrae in my spine, and I'm delighted with this product. It totally gets rid of that ouch every time I sit down.

Not as per the photo. Very poor quality compared to my previous purchase of a similar item. Using it but its already compressed and close to being unusable after a couple of weeks.
