The ebike came before the expected delivery date. Overall the bike is a great value. Powerful 750 watt motor and long lasting battery. My bike had some damage on arrival. The female plug on the battery cover was damaged. I emailed with a description and picture and was sent a new battery cover. I appreciated the responsive customer support! Other issues that could be corrected were the derailleur hanger was bent and had to be straighted and derailleur adjusted. The derailleur guard came with the bike but was not installed during shipping. I installed the guard and it should protect the derailleur in the future. The derailleur works and I am able to shift into all 7 gears. Both disk brakes needed adjusting and now work well. The manual cable disc brakes are able to stop the heavy ebike. We have a lot of hills in our area andI would prefer that the ebike had hydraulic disc brakes. Overall a great ebike for the price and excellent customer support when needed. Rated my experience 5 stars and would recommend this ebike.

So I got me one. It was... difficult to say the least, working to get it, (not through the shipper, but issues with fedex). I got the bike a week later. The shipper went above and beyond to get me another bike sent to the house. It got to me even faster than the original bike was (as few days as opposed to a week). It rides well. It feels different than the last ebike I had. This bike has shocks to absorb impact (though I try to minimize that by bending my knees so my tire doesn't hit the front fender on the bike), and it rides faster and farther like I expected it would. I took a while to figure it out but rode home from work last night... About 12-13 miles. The ONLY roughness I felt was in the rode. The bike handles well. I'm gonna ride it from work tonight and maybe to see someone around 30 miles out within the next few days.

This has been the best bike. I have not been able to ride it for a couple weeks because I broke my shoulder. I have not been able to ride the bike since breaking my shoulder so I wasn’t able to test out the battery life. However I do feel so far this bike is a very good bike for the money. I liked it so much my husband got him one. I got the pink one and my husband got the orange one. He loves his as well. The only downfall is the bikes are very heavy but still a great bike!

Fun, fun, fun to ride. I'm enjoying this bike tremendously despite a few hiccups.Easy to assemble, high quality construction. All required tools are in the box. Advanced hyraulic brakes and Shimano derailleur. Effective front suspension really smooths out the ride. LCD is (just barely) readable in sunlight if viewed at a direct angle. Seat and handlebar height settings easily adjustable with quick release levers. Folds fairly easily and truly takes up half the space when folded. More than fast enough for my taste, 20mph or so on full throttle over level ground, faster using pedal assist at highest setting and top gear. (FYI despite specs on product page, there is no front derailleur, only a single front gear).My limited trial of the bike's true range on a full charge is just under 40 miles over partly hilly terrain with liberal use of full electric mode. Not too shabby for those conditions.On the negative side,-the bike seems really heavy to me at a published weight of 72lbs, including battery. Because of this, I find it difficult to get it started as you would a traditional bike. I have to straddle the bike and give it a little boost with the throttle to get it moving. Mounting it horesback style by placing one foot on the pedal and swinging the other over doesn't work at all for me and can be dangerous if you forget to disable pedal assist. I took a small spill because the motor engaged and the bike got away from me while I was trying to mount it.-the gear ratios seem to be mismatched with the capabilities of the motor. Once pedal assist kicks in, there is no resistance at all to the pedals. Pedalling serves only to keep the motor running, not propel the the bike directly. I don't have any previous experience with e-bikes, so for all I know that's the nature of the beast. You can pedal really fast for aerobic exercise, but for working your muscles you need to use classic cycle mode.-the control panel is a little hard to see and use while cycling. The buttons are small and require significant pressure to engage. The viewing angle for the display is very limiting and I wish it were brighter.Customer service has been great. Communication is fast and responsive. Any issues I have had were promptly resolved.I chose the step over model for its appearance. If I were to purchase another, I would get the step-through style for easier mounting. Although I would certainly consider a lighter bike, I would have no qualms about buying another Cybervelo for my wife if she decides to join me on my excursions. The price is a good one given the advanced features of the bike.

Excellent performance takes me to to work on time also good to go anywhere around town on the beach it has the capability to even ride at night very nice am looking forward for the update version ❤️

goes 10mph not 30mph (unless you are going down a very steep hill) setup was moderately difficult considering the light and wheel had to be attached at the same time while using a vertical angular direction of force. had to use my own tools to complete it and had to find a notch for the light because the one they provided was too small. overall, I would say get it if you absolutely have no other options because there are way better e-bikes on the market and this for me just falls a little short of amazing. I like the way the design is however, I wish they used a lighter metal for the bike frame..

So far it's a nice ebike. Assembly was pretty straight forward and easy. Delivery was also pretty fast. Product was packed well and showed no signs of damage. Only thing i found not totally correct was the seat post doesn't have scale as described and like handlebar post does.
