Cusimax 1800W Hot Plate for Cooking Electric - Double Electric Burner - Stainless Electric Stove - Upgraded - CMHP-C180N

I live in a dorm, or something of a studio since it has a private bathroom, but there is no kitchen and there is no communal kitchen in the building I live in. The Cusimax was one of the best purchases I made since moving in. I’ve been able to cook for myself which is important to me for two reasons: the first is that I like to know what goes into my food and to be able to control that, and the second is that I love cooking and without the cusimax, I wouldn’t be able to cook at all (you can see what I make with my Cusimax on instagram at my account @inatinykitchen).The burners did unexpectedly stop working one night after about 5 months of ownership but, in all honesty, this may have been a matter of overuse on my part (seriously, I use it all the time). When this happened, I got in contact with the service line and they were able to replace it for me with no problems. It was a really positive customer experience and the service was great. I would recommend this product to anyone who is living in a small place, has limited counter space, and wants to be able to cook a bit.

Let's face it, sometimes we get products that have glitches or defects but the true measure of a company's integrity is how they handle them. In the case of Cusimax, they are determined to resolve any issue to the full satisfaction of the customer. They manufacture an excellent product although on two occasions I had to contact them about a problem I experienced. Without fail they responded immediately and sent me replacements. Will I purchase another Cusimax product? In a heartbeat!!!

Not very quick heating for any size pot. Don't expect to boil water. Keeps things warm OK. I really needed a higher wattage single burner. The 1800 watts are 900 and 900

Like the feature. Dislike due to not performing well. Followed instructions, the stove worked a week, on the right stove, heat up slowly each time I turned it on, left side was fast to turn on. Then came home one day, turned them on No Heat Comes out. Checked the stove, everything looks fine, nothing loose and the wire is in good condition, testing the outlet with other appliances, they're all working normally. Looked at warranty , it's already passed, couldn't return it.

Purchased this in August 2018 and it has already stopped working. Got to use it 2or 3 times. Not worth the money.I recently gave 1 star because it stopped working.I’m only changing my review because the company stands behind their product and did replace it with a brand new one no hesitation. It’s works fine

An outdoor kitchen is far more expensive than i can afford. So I bought this one. Works great. And it’s portable so I can just put it away when I don’t need it in the patio. Very satisfied.

Worked great then all of a sudden it stopped working the next day after cooking dinner. Only got 6 months use out of it.

I should have read all reviews before buying this product. It stopped working three months after I bought it. I followed all safety measures so there is no reason it should have stopped working. Customer support does not exist.the website directs you to go to retailer you bought from. I definitely recommend that you not buy this product. For a product to die within a few months of only occasional work is not a good product. For amazon to allow this to be advertised as a BEST BET is, I believe, false advertising.
