At first i was disappointed with how small this product is in reality..But i have used at home on the sofa & in the car ( i bought an adapter) & this item so far has been a little gem..it massagers & warms my lower back. Iam disabled & often iam in pain & discomfort with my joints & back, especially sat in a car as a passenger. This has really helped alleviated some of my pain & stiffness.

The massage and heat elements add bulk, which can push you slightly forward in your chair

Positives: 1. Comfortable 2. Soft 3. Heating function is nice and hot. 4. Massage is strong and relaxing. 5. The weight alone is enough to mostly hold It in place. Less Positive: 1. Little pillow does not stay in place dropping down to the bottom of the cushion. 2. The straps to hold it in place are quite short, good for astandard office chair but less so for a wider backed chair.

It fits my office chair perfectly and provides good support for the back. The massage functionality is fantastic and heating part is an excellent extra. I honestly expected that thing to be a gimmick but after having a go I have to say it is absolutely brilliant.

Way too soft. Could barely feel the massage function, it was like being lightly tickled, certainly not to the level of a massage. Also only works when plugged in, which makes it useless unless you’re sitting very close to a plug given the cable is pretty short. Plus, the only way to operate it is a little button the side, which is really hard to press when you’re sitting with your back against it. You have to stand up and turn around every time you want to turn it on or off (a little remote would be a much better idea!) Will be returning, as not good enough for intended purpose.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? Working from home and sitting for long periods of time were really straining me. Since I got this device my life has changed -?I no longer feel stiff or in pain when I finish work. This cushion plugs in and it has heat and massage settings that you can tailor to your needs. My other half uses at the end of the day to unwind and he has recommended it to practically everyone he knows! Highly recommended

Great item, but it's ONLY for an office chair or possibly small car. Looks big on the picture but not suitable for me as I have just had back surgery. Note to who might buy.?.... the massage is GREAT but Strong. I so wish it'd been around years ago........possibility no back surgery!!!!? HONESTLY if your youngest only have achy back from sitting too long REALLY recommend you get it. It would be a game charger for your future health.

I received the item this afternoon. I was so excited but whilst trying it out, the massager is great but there’s heating isn’t coming on whatsoever. I’ve already checked the supplier’s website, google and YouTube videos for support. I’ve concluded it’s defective and now need to send it back. I will try ordering another one and see

My lower back stiffness has been a struggle because of long hours sitting at a desk and of course my age. I have a good chair, but I feel I need more lumbar support and thus I got this pillow. It's very affordable comparing to buying a new chair. I've been using it on my chair for a week now, and it has made a noticeable difference. The memory foam is firm yet not too hard. It fits my back and fills the gap between the chair. I feel my posture is improved with the support, which helps relieving the stress even without the massage and the heating. That said, I enjoy the massage and the heating after sitting long hours, it's soothing and helps loosen tight muscles. And it's convenient, no extra setup and I don't even need to leave my chair. I know long periods of sitting are inherently unhealthy, and I need more stretches and movement. This pillow is not a replacement for a good habit. But it is excellent for lumbar support while I'm sitting. While I always remind myself to stand up, walk and stretch every once a while, it is nice to have some aid from the pillow that can massage and heat to improve comfort. I may even bring it in the car for my next road trip, probably need some adapter for the massage/heat feature. My lower back suffered during the last road trip even with some stops and stretches, I think this pillow could be a game changer.

Works well. I use it on my couch/recliner at home, but I bought it for my long drive to work. The problem is the fine print states do not expose to heat. I work in Phoenix, AZ and am unable to uninstall, store and install this each day at work. It does feel nice on my back, but only runs for 15 minutes and with heat, no matter the setting. Maybe if the buttons were easier to see while using, … perhaps it’s user error, idk. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I do find it helps my sore back after work, though.

You can't feel the heat at all, on either hi or low. The massage nodes come on an random intervals and stay on for random amounts of time without even touching the bottons. The Elastic straps are not long enough to go around a standard desk chair. (I tried 4 different chairs, straps wouldn't reach at all.) The velcro on the straps is so weak, if you did try to stretch the elastic at all, the velcro will fail. The "adjustable" cushion adjusts to on or off. You can't actually make it fall above where the nodes are in less you modifying strap by putting knots it to take up the slack.
