We enjoy the bike
We enjoy the bike. It is sturdy. Well made. The bike was a good value for the money. The back support is a nice addition. Pedals work well with ease.

Quality
I purchased this bike because it's almost the exact same one that I use in PT. I had knee replacement, and between hospitals, rehab and Home PT my knee did not get the attention it needed and it locked. I had knee manipulation and had to start all over again. First thing I do when I go to PT is go on the bike. My knees are stiff when I get up in the morning and this is the perfect thing to do everyday to help with the stiffness. If you have stiff knees from arthritis or anything that your knees feel tight from, this is what you need. It wasn't hard to put together, the price is just right. If you don't need to exercise your arms and just your knees this is perfect. I use it to three times a day to keep my knees going. I recommend this 100%.

Even an old lady can assemble it
ONE MORE UPDATE- True to their word, the company sent me a new control module. I'm very happy with my purchase UPDATE - The control module was broken when i unpacked the box, i figured id see if it worked once i put the bike together. I sent an email and photos to the seller, we'll see what happens. Also, I'm 5'8" and wish the bike seat went back a bit further. Otherwise, with bike is a tank. I bought this bike because my knee no longer tolerates am elliptical. When the 8" x 4'box arrived, I thought to myself, Oh, crap, what have I done." It took me about a half hour to unpack it and two hours to put it together. I have to say that the directions were easy to understand, all parts, including nuts, bolts, etc were clearly labeled. I'm waiting on the glue to dry on the pedals because you glue and screw them on. Next I'll road test it for a few days and update the review. So far I'm impressed.

First recumbent bike
Just assembled and used three times so far. Assembly was easy, just pay attention to the instructions. I am 6 ft tall and it is a little crowded for me but perfect for my wife. It is very quiet and adjusting the seat and setting resistance is very easy. All parts were there and fit great. Overall: A good bike for the money and so far is well made. Adding a pad to the bottom seat is key to making it more comfortable. Would recommend this to family.

Good but one part issue...
Very easy to put together until it came to the addition of the pedals. Followed the instructions about left vs right in tightening but the right pedal was so poorly threaded that it would not attach. Update: husband was able to weld a new threaded piece to the pedal in order to make it attach after re-threading the area the pedal was to screen into. Works nicely and is very quiet.

Comfort
Why did you pick this product vs others?: It looked like what I wanted and the price was right. I read all the specs before ordering and it said suitable for all heights. I am 6-2" and found that the seat does not go back far enough for my legs. Kind of hard to pedal. The rear arm rests are to high for my arm length as well. It needs to incorporate more movement back with the seat to accommodate taller people. Also I cannot read the front handles with the seat all the way back. I placed several thick books on the seat to raise me up and that did the trick with fixing the rear handlebars and pedal length. Books were only for a test. I like this bike in all other aspects and my wife 5-4" loves it. Would not buy if you are over 6 foot tall. Now trying to figure out how to raise seat 5 jnches!!!

What's Not to Like
I'm really enjoying this bike. It arrived almost a week early. It took my wife and I about 2 hours to assemble. The video, which can be accessed by scanning the code on the bike's frame, was very helpful during assembly. The bike, once assembled, is very sturdy for such a light-weight bike. I've ridden it several times and it was very smooth and extremely quiet, unlike the upright bike I used to ride. It's much easier on both my posterior and my back. I'd recommend this for anyone (under 6 feet) who needs a reasonably-priced recumbent bike for therapy or just exercise.
