Kyokushin Katabook Paperback – 5 Oct. 2015

I am a beginner in Kyokushin and found this book awesome, all the katas I will learn from 10 Kyu to 2nd Dan are described in detail with photos to show proper form, also has stances and information on kata origins. This book is a teaching manual for the student to learn and through practice understand the kata. Great product and I have already recommended it to other students in class.This was the first time I ordered anything outside the United States. I live in Oklahoma and this book shipped quickly and was at the doorstep in a week! Absolute fantastic book, put together well, explained well, overall my son continuously reads this and is gaining the precise knowledge he needs. Great reference book for finding out information when you can't talk to your instructors. Great book.

Got this as a christmad present, happy with the book, it looks expected except the frayed edges and a tear in the corner...
