Renew Life Fibresmart Powder, 227 g

I absolutely love this stuff. Such a clever product. I can't take the acacia gum on it's own, it gives me stomach ache and most of the other fibre you can find on amazon are full of wheat of course. This one seems to keep things moving nicely. Im on a ketogenic diet so getting logs of leafy greens, butstill seem to need something like this to keep things "comfortable". Ahem..

I know that supplements aren't supposed to taste amazing but this stuff is inedible. The manufacturer has made the decision to add a sweetner to the powder (Stevia I think), giving it an artificially sweet taste that is utterly revolting when mixed with the ground flax and other ingredients. Also, I found that it didn't deliver on results either but the less I write about that side of things, the better. Avoid. If you have to take it, seek out pills where you can bypass having to actually taste this stuff. I've had to throw it away, in spite of the huge waste of money, as I physically cannot stomach eating it.

Does the job! Tastes fine. Good mixed with yogurt or juice or sprinkled on porridge. Helps with the bowel moving ....

Excellent stuff. You have to take it over a few days, and gradually build up to three portions a day, the maximum, if that's needed, but it always works, and then you can find a maintenance level. Gentle and trustworthy.
