Solid ride, fast good for taller heavier build . Charge is not as long as I would like and computer interface is very bad and hard to understand .

This bike.... so disappointed
Arrived late with the front forks twisted so the tire won't go on. Customer service send new fork. Brakes were torqued so hard, i couldn't get them off the original forks. Took it to the shop and had it put on. Nakto covered the cost. By this time, riding season was over. Next spring, i get two flats because the rear tire hasn't been assembled correctly, and i had to get new brakes because the ones this bike comes with are a joke. Front light/ fender doesn't stay on.Then there is the bad stuff. On the very first real ride i go on more than 10 miles, i get an E 007 error. The motor has failed. I had to peddle 86 pounds of bike home. I have to say, I've never disliked a bike more than this one. That said, the customer service in California is great. Vanessa was awesomely helpful and Matt is working on getting it moving again now. They are really trying to make this a decent bike, there is only so much that can be done with garbage. I've yet to have a nice, easy, relaxing ride where the bike made it home ok. Plus at 86 pounds, it doesn't fit on most bike racks. The range is eh... speed is solid when everything works and it's good looking. I really wanted it to be good.***UPDATE***this bike continues to be a constant issue. It's been back in the shop and repaired TWICE. It has yet to produce a ride of more than 10 miles that hasn't resulted in an error message and a trip to get the truck. I wish I had never bought it and it's almost turned me off of ebikes entirely. Thank goodness I've ridden others that let me know they aren't all trash. This brand is, and the company that sells them are extremly unhelpful. The one helpful person no longer works there. I suspect she was fired because she was good at her job...

They die. A lot
First one died the day after it arrived. Fresh battery, keys on, power on, ride ten yards to the foot of my driveway, all of a sudden it all turns off. Refused to power back on. Replacement offered.Second one JUST died a hair over two weeks into ownership, and it sat in the garage most of that time due to heavy rains so in actuality I have the same ~20 miles or so on it. (I rode the first one a lot that first day). Just contacting them now, though at two failures in a row before I even get 20 miles on them, I think I'm at "refund" status.Full battery, turn it on, go ten yards, powers off and refuses to come back on. It's just dead. Please tell me not all e-bikes are this unreliable. I can't even fairly rank the battery life as neither bike got more than two passes on the charger to full, and I never ran them down flat. They also claim it's rideable by people as short as 5'3", at 5'4" I can tell you this thing is a death trap for anyone under 5'8". tall. I need a curb or a stool to get on and off it safely as the upper tube is 34" from the ground, so you're talking 35" or so clearance.... and I've got a 28" inseam. And at 80+ pounds it's not like lying it down sideways is helping. Was fun as when I returned the first one they said the label was for 25 pounds, when it (with the box) came in at 92 pounds.Assembly wasn't too bad though, but some of the non-standard parts suck when it comes time to swap out for better ones... like the chainring being part of the ridiculously short cranks. Also be damned sure the kickstand is bolted on all the way as they either niether tightened it all the way, or it shakes loose in shipping. Same for the brake calipers which are often two or three turns loose. DO NOT just hop on these and ride before checking ALL the bolts.

Nice bike but some issues
First, pkging was pretty beat up. There were some loose hardware rattling around and I believe some nuts/bolts may have fallen out along the way. Instructions are not clear for assembly but once together, the bike ran great and has made biking enjoyable again given I have a bad knee/hip and it reduces strain of riding.Had a battery issue only 20 or so miles into use. After a cpl exchanged emails they agreed to send me a replacement battery, which took about a week to arrive. A hassle, but appreciated the quick resolution.

No brand/manufacturer name on electric components, lower quality materials and assembly.
I was able to return my bike and did receive a full refund without any negative incident. Mine did not work on arrival. Something was up with the electric components such that the battery would power the LCD but not the motor. My main issue aside from the DOA is that while assembling the bike, the components used felt flimsy and cheap. Even the screws themselves. The battery holder was held on by two loose screws that did not actually allow the battery to fit and lock in place without readjustment. This means the battery could be stolen with just a screw driver. The handbrakes came installed on the wrong left/right sides of the handlebars. The controller was not mounted in the axle compartment. It was just loosely placed in there alongside an egregious amount of extra length of wiring. Most troubling is that I could not find the manufacturer or brand of the most important components of the bike, the battery, motor, and controller. As someone who commutes by bike daily, I would like to be able to validate the quality and reputation of the manufacturer of the most expensive and important components.tl;drNo-hassle refund. Chinese-made ebike with cheaper and non-branded components. The main reason to buy is to be able to go faster than 20 mph, since the company is based in China and is not bound by the common US limit of 20-mph. Imo, better off buying a reputable brand such as Sondors or RadRover and modding for speed. Or lunacycle or similar if you have the extra cash.Watch the troubleshooting videos available on youtube from Nakto before purchasing.
