Real good energy buster for toddlers to tire them out before bed time! It does not take up a whole lot of space which helps and can just be pulled out as and when. Anytime they have over energy that needs to be exerted this is a great way and can actually be used either inside or out too so bonus!

I could never get the hang of a traditional pogo stick, so once this was opened and checked over I just had to give it a try......At 5'2" (and whilst standing on the foam block) the elastic hoses bring the handle to around my knees. At what feels like full stretch the handle comes just to the top of my thighs. I can then comfortable hop around the house on it - I'm just glad there was no-one around to see me, and all my curtains were closed !! The fact the block squeaks somehow makes it even more fun.It certainly raises the heart rate. In just a couple of minutes (at most) mine went up from low 80's to around 120 (118 by the time I got off the block and checked my watch).The listing says suitable for indoors and outdoors, but I'd be wary of using it on a hard or gravelled surface as I would expect that to cause damage to the foam. But at £11.99 (£14.99 less a 20% discount voucher) it's not horrendously expensive if it only lasts for a 6 week school summer holiday.
