Great for toasting ciabatta and paninis, make a crunchy cheese toastie, easy to clean and well built. They toast quicky, it can handle a chunkier slice. Overall would give it a 10/10.

The hinge system is brilliantI bought the extra large griddleIt retains a good heat and is temperature controlled.I can cook my salmon within a tin foil tray in the system which keeps it nice and moistIt's great for griddling vegetables like aubergine steaks... cut lengthways and basted in garlic infused or chili infused olive oil. Delicious in a toasted ciabata with vine tomatoes, pesto, grilled halloumi or mozzarella plus crispy iceberg lettuce... the hot and the cold combination in this vegetarian delight would tantalize anybody's taste buds

I've been using this for a couple of months now and my summary is as follows. It's a decent size for cooking much more than bread filled meals and it reaches a good heat on both the top and bottom plates. It's fairly easy to clean and comes up to temperature quickly. 4 out of 5 because it is almost completely made of plastic and feels bendy and cheap. You can obviously pay more for a model that uses more premium materials.

The media could not be loaded. I just love it, honestly my best friend in kitchen. This grill is so useful and saves so much time cooking, also cleaning it afterwards is basically wipe clean, it is so easy, nothing stick, fast heating, good cooking, easy to use.

Lovely grill and toaster really happy with this item. Makes wonderful toasted sandwiches. Not tried as a grill yet but will do

Very poorly designed product. Main criticisms/concerns are when opening out flat to use as a double hotplate, the plate in the lid fouls the electric connecting cable between the two plates and you need to tilt the lid plate to miss it, no good if its hot. The lid plate does not lay flat when fully open, tilting away from the hot fat/juices drain spout causing it to pool in the back of the tray which could eventually spill over the back lip of the tray. If you tilt the tray forward to drain into the central drip tray the swell of the liquid swamps the drain spout and over spills the plate lips like a tsumami. I tried this with a small amount of water and the over spill pooled on the work surface and found its way onto the underside electrical cable entry compartment. Also it looked very difficult to clean as nothing was detachable and there were many inaccessible crevices that would attract buildup of dirt and fat.I did not want to risk burning myself or damaging whatever it stood on so it was returned unused.

Works well. Easy to clean.

Really well made unit, with very non stick plates. If they last this is so much better than Foreman grills. Opens up to give you an extra griddle if you need which is great
