Works well in tent
Perfect for hanging inside tent. We tested this out in our tent a few nights ago. It lights up our 4 person tent perfectly. The fan is about what you would expect from a battery operated device or usb powered, strong enough to move the air and cool off. Works great for what we purchased it for though. Bring extra batteries (for night) or solar charger (for daytime) if your going on multi-day camping trip.

Perfect for 1,2 or 3 person tent
Perfect for 1,2 or 3 person tent. I had it hanging in my 3 person tent. I used it with a 20,000 mAh rechargeable portable battery. It was perfect for a small tent like the above mentioned. However, if you want it for a larger tent you'll need 2 or 3 for the fan. The light is very bright. That would light up a huge 10 person tent fine. I took a star off because it got really hot after I used the fan for about an hour to an hour and a half and turned off. It wouldn't turn back on till it cooled off. Other than that. It is perfect for a small tent. The light if you put it above your camping spot hanging on a tree would be nice too. It would illuminate the whole area no problem. And for the backpacker. This is pretty light. I would recommend.

It's pretty quit for a fan
It's pretty quit for a fan. But it is not rechargeable at all. I added rechargeable AA's because I did read it needed batteries. I just assumed if I added rechargeables I could recharge them IN THE FAN via the USB power cable. That was not the case. It does move decent air though, so I'll keep it for the office I suppose.

The price is tough to beat.
The fan and light both worked as described. I got this for camping and it's great to have in a tent to keep it a little cooler. It has a micro-usb port that would allow the fan to be externally powered...be careful though the plastic is easily broken at most joints but for the price it's great

Died Very Quickly
I purchased this product a while ago but just recently took it out of the package to use. At first it was fantastic. I loved the bright light and the powerful fan. The adjustable stand was very nice too. I would have given it 5 stars but after just a few uses it stopped working properly. It only works when it is plugged into a wall. When I unplug it, it does not turn on. It will not work with batteries either. I am disappointed because I expected it to be able to be used more than a few times.

Don’t waste your money
Didn’t expect much with the price being so low, but this fan did nothing. In general, the purpose of a fan should be to move air. Ripped through batteries at an unbelievable pace, and couldn’t keep a charge. Brutal product.

Powerful and adjustable
I like that this fan is rechargeable. It is also very functional and the clamp allows it to be placed in several different locations. The fan can also be swiveled in 360 degrees horizontally and vertically.

Light is Great, Fan is OK
Light is very bright, fan would be sufficient in a smaller tent i think, or maybe with 2 fans but was a little small with 1 and hard to feel the air in our 8 person but kept the air circulating at least. Wish the batteries lasted a little longer with fan, changed batteries twice during 3 day trip but if you get rechargeables wouldnt be an issue. Overall definitely worth the money even only if you use the light which is definitely sufficient.
