Mostly, this time I needed some rigid shims for adjusting the outfeed table level on an elderly Delta jointer I acquired, but there have been and doubtless will be other times I need a thin shim and don't have any available. This package provided far more shim stock, and an attractive variety of shim thicknesses, than I ever expect to use, at a reasonable price. I may not expect to ever use all of them, but then, I don't expect to ever have to order shim stock, and wait for delivery again, either.

Here is a lifetime supply of shims for me. I am using them to level a lathe. Looks to be a very good product just what I needed with fast shipping.
