Nanoleaf Elements Hexagon Lights, Smart RGBW LED Wall Light Panels, 13 PK

Very good product

I absolutely love these lights! They make my space so cozy~ I will say there is one thing that is bothering me where the nanoleaf will turn on by itself in the middle of the night. I used the nanoleaf app and turned off the settings that could possibly trigger it, but it still hasn't been resolved. Once I find out what it is, I will update my review and paste some instructions if anyone is also having the same issue!

These wooden panels are perfect if you're going for a bit more of a sophisticated look! Typical RGB panels are more vibrant cause you have a lot more colors to play with, but they don't look that great when lights are OFF cause they're just white plastic on your wall. However, these look great even with the light OFF because of the wood styling. And when you turn the lights ON, the orange glow gives such a warm and cozy aesthetic that it's actually very soothing. The lights have been pretty reliable too. haven't experienced any connection issues or drop outs likes other have reported. The only thing that's been inconsistent is the touch actions feature.

Despite the lights being gorgeous, the adhesive was an absolute failure, even on cleaned smooth walls. In less than a month their adhesive pads failed and my entire light setup came crashing down. This resulted in multiple damaged panels that were chipped and dented. The power supply cord prongs were also damaged, making the entire light set up unusable. Adhesive failures aren't covered under the warranty, convenient, despite doing everything right as suggested in their installation manual. I reached out to NanoLeaf customer service and they completely disregarded the information I provided and replied some copy paste information about cleaning walls and textured walls. For the cost of these lights, this is unacceptable. I would not spend money on this company's products.

Device is not able to pair. What can we do?

For me, they were easy to install and look amazing. The only reason I give 4 stars, is because the app does not work well at all. When you try to set it up, it never connects to the lights at all. Other than that, it is exactly what my office needed.

They are still not perfectly set up close together. They fell off the wall several times.

DO NOT BUY faulty hardware. Spend $300 and lucky if you get 1 year out of them. Well documented and well known hardware failures. Need help? Too bad. No tech support phone number. You may file a ticket and wait for email reply. Be prepared to spend 2 weeks emailing back and forth proving you have this known faulty part and then they will replace it.. just kidding. NO! They offer you to mail it in so their tech team can confirm. If you grow tired of cat and mouse games they play over email, well you cannot buy replacement controller either.. and no lights without it. Either appreciate decor of plastic wall tiles or buy a whole new set.

Very disappointed. Adhesive will not stick to clean painted walls. Overseas power supply, not suitable for Australia, even though this was purchased through the Australian store. These are expensive, but the product is coming across as cheaply prepared and packaged. Inexcusable to have an adhesive product that won't stick, and not being a ld to plug it in at this price. No images in the advertisement gave any indication this was an overseas product

Wow. Llegó todo bien. Está súper. Volvería a comprar más.
