Cheese and more Cheese. If you make Mac and cheese buy this. I used some and then transferred the rest to a glass bowl, it kept for 2 weeks with no mole on it and the macaroni added a different cheese very delicious.

This cheese is delicious!! We just had an open house with a taco bar and this cheese was a huge hit. Yummy stuff, worked perfectly in a fountain. Overall would 10000% recommend.
