If like me you don't like a mess of paperwork everywhere, and like to be organised, and be able to find what you are looking for when you want, then this is definitely for you. It's great for keeping your paperwork tidy and easily accessible. The binder feels well-constructed, with a strong handle that makes it so easy to carry around. It's ideal for home or office use, especially if you need to take files from home to office and vice versa. Plus the sleek black finish gives it a professional look, making it suitable no matter what environment you use this in.The good thing about this is that it has 12 plastic punched pockets / wallets, which gives you ready-made storage for documents without buying additional folders. These popper wallets are spacious and perfect for keeping loose papers, receipts, or smaller items safe without fear of them falling out. The labelling cards and stickers included are really useful, helping me keep everything neatly indexed. The A4 size is just perfect for my needs. The 3-ring binder design allows me to easily add, remove, or rearrange the plastic pockets as needed, making it very flexible.The only slight issue I have with this is that it is designed with a zip that goes around the whole thing, keeping everything nice and secure. Even if the binder was to pop open the individual folders just won't fall out thinks to this size. However, when you have all the folders fully populated it can get difficult to close that zip, and even when you can get it shut it gives it a rather bulky look, as if everything is bulging to get out.I'm not sure quite how you would fix the issue of it looking bulky really. If you were to give it a larger (or wider) binding edge it would end up looking even bulkier. If you were to remove some of the pockets from inside then you won't have enough space. I think it's just something you will have to learn with, but I thought it's worth pointing out.

At the time of this review, you can buy this document folder for around £20This folder has a semi hard plastic cover with a softer plastic handle and a metal zipperinside to get 12 different coloured A4 plastic folders that held in place on a 3 ring binder ( not 4 )The plastic folders seem okay for now, but they’re held closed with two little tubs of Hook and loop tape, which even now I feel I have to be cautious opening it. I don’t feel they going to last too long , see video.Provided this case is looked after you should protect your documents.I’m not sure how it’s going to put up with being carried around and those little tabs opened and closed too regularly.For this is design is better for month by month document storage to be used at home really. If you’re looking for something to store your documents all in one place, perhaps I guess you’ve got some tax returns to do for a relative this will be idealIf you’re thinking about buying one, I hope this review and the video is helpful

I picked this up as I wanted a folder to keep my dogs health and insurance paperwork, etc., together in.I really liked that the binder zips up, so everything stays in one place. It also has a handle, so I can just pick the folder up and take it with me to their vet appointments, meaning that I will never forget a vaccine card again!The internal files are different colours, so you can easily find the folder that you need. They close with poppers, which means that the paperwork stays in place and doesn't fall out if you accidently pick it up the wrong way, which always happens to me with standard ring binders!The only reason for the 4 stars is becuase I think that this is expensive for what you get. Other than that, it is a great organiser and has made vet trips much easier for me.

I am terrible with storing documents or any paperwork. I ordered this through vine to have somewhere to keep and easily find my dogs medical records and insurance paperwork etc. The fact is that there is more than enough room and so now have somewhere for the documents on my cars, win win.The individual gole within make everything easily accessible and easy to organise. Everything is held in place when opened, whilst the hard cover and zip closure keeps everything protected and uncrumpled.The briefcase style and handle makes storage and carrying a breeze.Whilst not the cheapest out there it's also not the most costly. I honestly think it is worth every penny, performs perfectly and nicely made.

Schon beim Öffnen der Verpackung kommt einem ein unangenehmer, starker Kunststoffgeruch entgegen, der auch nach ausgiebigem Lüften nicht verfliegt. Der äußeren Hülle sieht man an, dass sie von sehr minderwertiger Qualität ist. Schade, denn die Idee einer solchen Organisationsmappe fand ich gut.

Diese Mappe ist im Grunde ein mit Reißverschluss verschließbares, tragbares Ringbuch in Kofferform mit zwölf einzelnen farbigen, etwas festeren DIN A 4 Plastikdokumenteneinlagen, die sich jeweils mit Klett verschließen lassen. Im Inneren an der rechten Seite befindet sich eine Plastiklasche zum Sammeln kleinerer loser Blätter. Das Produkt eignet sich dafür, wichtige Dokumente wie Zeugnisse oder andere ungelochte Unterlagen ordentlich und übersichtlich abzuheften und zu verstauen, ohne dass etwas herausfällt. Man kann die geschlossene Mappe problemlos in größere Regalfächer legen oder je nach Höhe des Faches auch stellen. Freilich lassen sich den vorhandenen Einlagen auch noch einige weitere Prospekthüllen und Blätter hinzufügen, diese müssen allerdings vierfach gelocht sein.Die Verarbeitung wirkt grundsätzlich solide. Die Plastiklasche an der Seite sollte sicherlich nicht überstrapaziert werden, sie kann leicht reißen. Auch die Klettverschlüsse an den einzelnen Hüllen werden sicher nicht ewig halten.Insgesamt kann ich das Produkt zur ordentlichen Aufbewahrung von wichtigen Papieren empfehlen. Den aktuellen Preis von fast 26 Euro ist die Mappe aber meiner Ansicht nach nicht wert.

Die Ringe beschädigen schnell

Ich hatte den Uquelic A4 Oranizer für meine Frau bestellt. Sie ist Lehrerin und mit der Dokumententasche sehr zufrieden. Die Tasche ist ganz gut verarbeitet – im Gegensatz zu einer Mappe aus einem Discounter hat der Ordner einen aufgenähten Kantenschutz und einen Reißverschluss um alles Sauber und verschlossen zu halten. Die verschiedenen Fächer sind Klettverschluss gut zugänglich und wiederverschließbar. Außerdem kann man Fächer die man nicht benötigt einfach rausnehmen. Das Material roch beim ersten öffnen etwas chemisch – das ist aber verflogen. 2 Sterne Abzug gibt es aber für den Preis. 26€ finde ich für eine Mappe aus Kunststoff doch etwas happig.
