I don’t write many reviews, so for me to put a review here the product would have to be either really good or really bad. I am glad to say I think this product is really good.I update my phone every year as I use this as my main device especially when I am travelling around. For this reason, I always use a Pitaka case to make sure the phone is safe against drops, bangs and scuffs. I also always get the larger display models, due to my eyesight being bad so need a case that doesn’t add too much extra bulk and weight.With all this in mind I need a case that is light, slim and rugged. If it looks nice that’s a bonus! So, for the past several years I have always used Pitaka cases. They are the closest you can get to a naked phone while being confident that it will protect against damage (and I have had a few drops in my time which have always been ok).So, when I ordered my iPhone 16 pro max this was my go to case. My first challenge this year was which case to choose. Originally, they only made plain carbon fibre but now there are so many choices, which some fantastic designs.First thing though the cost, more than £50 feels like a lot for a case but when you are protecting a £1000+ phone it is a small price to pay for something this good. Especially as it keeps the phone safe meaning you can easily make that money back when you come to sell the phone, due to the protection it gives (at least that’s been my experience over the years).In previous years one of the biggest complaints about these cases was the limited protection on the top and bottom of the phone due to there being no case here. Personally, I liked that, and it was one of the original deciding factors on me using a Pitaka case. This time though, Pitaka have increased the coverage and created a case that goes fully around the phone. I think I still prefer the older style in all honesty, but I can see this protecting the phone better. Maybe after using it for a few months there will be no going back.ProsIts thinGood protectionLooks goodGreat design choices (even some new designs that glow in the dark!)The case feels good in the hand and not slippyConsExpensive when compared to some of the cheaper cases aroundFinal thoughts, why buy a shiny new expensive iPhone and then just cover it in a cheap cover with limited protection. It doesn’t make sense. If you only buy one accessory for your phone this year, give Pitaka a chance. I am sure you will be as impressed as I am and return to their cases year on year.FYI, I have also tried many of the other top brand phone cases as well over the years and this is the only one that I keep coming back to and use as my day to day case.

In that time I've seen an improvement year on year in the build quality and level of protection provided by these cases.Pros-• Slim, sleek build but still providing top notch protection.• At less than 100g, it won't feel like you've got a case on your phone.• Texture of Aramid fibre weave provides good grip so the phone doesn't slip.• Tough build will take brunt of fall damage on concrete from 1.5m.• 2024 case has unpainted camera ring making wear over time less aesthetically noticable.• 2024 colour ways have more options than ever.• Pitaka ecosystem provides complete solutions for car mount, charging and protection.Cons-• Cost. This is relative of course, but these cases are not on the cheaper side of phone cases prices.• Camera ring on previous models was painted, so over time scratches would reveal the metal underneath.I dropped my 15 Pro Max on the corner of the phone the other week and the Pitaka case took the impact in it's stride! The level of protection provided by these thin cases is quite astounding!As you can see in the video, the Pitaka ecosystem is vast. All the latest iPhone cases still work with my PITAKA Qi2 car mount and the magnets are strong enough to keep the phone attached even on the roads we have here in UK. I like that Pitaka have ditched the black camera ring and opted for what I think is an unpainted ring. Scratches on my 15 Pro Max case started to become unsightly.If I had any complaint it would be that Pitaka don't have a line of privacy cases that cover both cameras. If and when these become available I'll be first in line. In closing, I've tried many different case providers over the years and none have come close to the level of build quality, sleek design, protection and compatibility across a range of products as Pitaka have. The price is high, but you wouldn't put 80 octane petrol in a *insert super car of choice here* so why would you skimp out on your expensive iPhone?IF you're in two minds, take it from me: just get it! If you have any issues, after sales support is fantastic. I previously had an issue with the case not fitting but customer service were very swift to fix the issue. You won't regret it. Hell you may even become a fan boy like me!

First of all I have spent the last five years afraid to use a non apple case on my phone. As with non apple cases I have experienced very big dips in signal on my phone which you never do on an official apple case.This time as I was very bored of sticking with official apple cases I have decided to give these pitaka cases a try. I am very impressed with the level of quality and sheer cleverness they have provided. First of all the packaging quality and attention to detail is pure brilliant it rivals apples high standards on this. The case itself is just so beautiful and compliments my phone really well. I can also confirm that this case does not hinder the signal on my phone, it feels nice in the hand and it’s really good quality. If you’re reading this review wondering whether to order or not. Just do it , you will not regret it as these really are top quality awesome cases.

I usually buy more cases than I need trying to find the right one.. I have been eyeing up pitaka for a. Pole of generations but never bought one until now. I tried a few others this year already from nomad to apple to spigen and others trying to find a good case and camera control. Took a punt on this and I absolutely love it. Magnet is almost too strong, feels like I’m going to pull the vent off my car. The phone feels premium like it should and my absolute fsvourite part: the slightly exposed top end means I can swipe down nicely but more importantly it doesn’t pull all the lint out my pocket like every other case I’ve ever had. I will not buy another case brand again so long as this feature exists here alone, not to mention how nice it looks and feels
