Great quality bands, really strong & so many things you can do with them. I originally bought these with just a couple of exercises in mind and mainly assisted pull ups, but once they arrived I started to realise just how many areas of the body you can exercise. I'm especially loving all the shoulder exercises as I've always found this a hard area to train. On top of this they are so portable you can use them for a quick workout anywhere I did used to have some other bands but these seem a step up on the quality side, pretty indestructible. I think I'm now going to buy the full set so I've got all bases covered- good work Teknifit!

I bought this product (the red one) for rehab following a shoulder issue and this has really helped performing band pull-aparts with my shoulders externally rotated to building strength back up in across my shoulders, scapula, traps and rhomboids. Can be used for a variety of other exercises too. I will be back to buy the other ones as my recovery progresses.

I am an elderly man and have been very poorly so I thought it might help me to get a little more strengthback in my arms and legs.

Very easy to use as part of a fitness routine. I don’t have a lot of free space in the bedroom and these take up little or no room to store, or to use. I need to exercise to stop my shoulders from seizing up and these are ideal for my particular routines.

My son is a top junior tennis player. He uses them for shoulder rotator flexibility and conditioning as well as for warming up routines and strength work. He likes them for their light weight and size, ideal for keeping in a tennis bag when travelling to tournaments without taking up too much room. The elasticity provides a consistent smooth tension. We will be buying more for heavier workouts soon.

I have been asked for this review after owning these bands for a very few days. I can only say that they are great for the purpose for which I bought them. Thus far they are doing all I could ask of them. They seen to be high quality and durable.
