The media could not be loaded. Servicing is very worst.Purchased in March 2025After nearly 3months it was not working, water not comes through the reject line, it means not filtered and storage tank also got cracked.I approached to the servicing team and same information passesed. They asked photos and videos. I.sent all the information along with photos and video. After that they told that warrenty is not covered because of water condition is not good.I told them that we are using manjeera water and filter condition is also good and not changed till now. If water condition is not good then why cracked storage tank in one area and within the 3months. Later they asked leakage vedio. That is also I sent. Later no conversation from them. They don't accept/ lift customer call. Only do conversation by whatsapp. Finally they don't respond.What should I do?So I am requesting to all the people pls don't by R.K aqua water purifier to avoid creating problems.I personally very struggled with this because what step I have to take either buy new another one or repair existing one with my personal money. If I repaired with my personal money who will guarantee for this worst product.Once again I am telling you don't buy R.K. AQUA WATER PURIFIER at any cost.

I am writing after using this purifier for last 3 months. I purchased this model Smart Black Alkaline+Zinc+Copper+Calcium.I did not notice any major change in branded and expensive purifiers.This one that I have purchased is very good and I suggest strongly to go with this cheap and best product. Water taste good, I have checked the PH level every week. It's very impressive.

One of the worst coustomer care services.They claimed that they have not provided the installation services . The person in the phone (probably an young lad) was telling he has cancelled the warranty on the product.The Installation was done by contact that was literally attached on the water purifier itself, which anyone would assume it's their own installation team contact.The purifier stoped working all together 5 months from the date of purchase and the customer service said they will not help as they are claiming that I had done a third party installation (which I have not).I would strongly recommend anyone seeing this not to buy this product just because it's affordable. These repair technicians will rip your pockets :)

Great product at a budget-friendly price! The RO works really well and delivers clean water consistently. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality at this price point. Also, the customer care is responsive and helpful whenever contacted. Highly recommended.
