Fernox 56700 290ml F1 Superconcentrate Protector

First, ignore the instructions.You need to:1. Use an old bath towel.2. If the rads are on (please don't try it) switch off the central heating and cool.3. Place the towel under the rad and loosen off the rad bolt opposite to the bleed valve until some water comes out.4. Set up your gun, fernox and get a good fit with the nozzle to the bleed valve.5. Slowly, SLOWLY, squeeze the solution into the rad, it is heavier than water and will sink to the bottom of the rad.6. The loosened bolt will seep water, what goes in (the fernox) will displace some water out - but the fernox goes in.7. Empty the fernox into the rad, remove nozzle, replace bleed bolt, tighten rad bolt, mop up.8. Put system on and bleed off any air that got in.I've done the instruction way and got more fermox on the floor than in the rad. This works at the expense of a wet towel not in the wallet for more fernox. This stuff is great and have used it for years (every two years), it conditions the system, removes a fair bit of knocking and you have piece of mind your rad system is being kept in good condition.

this is great. I imagine it cirulating round the CH system preventing any problems with rusting. I really hope that it actually doing this.
