Truly loved the feel and quality of this device. Nice weight to it, and it has a dedicated volume wheel (which was fun to fidget with) and track skip buttons along with a power button. My first order of this product didn’t go well- after trying to format the device the player went to a black screen and wouldn’t boot up the UI. Seems like the format feature is bugged and will ruin your device. I ordered another and had issues with this one as well. Device touch screen is responsive but slightly off, making screen pressing very tedious. The power button sometimes turns on the device screen, other times it lags and you have to press the button again. Bluetooth is nice and range is decent, but an awful screeching noise is heard when you press the power button while listening to music (whether through the speaker or Bluetooth headphones). It’s very alarming and makes me question the quality of the device and the safety of my files. Loved the search function and ability to set wallpaper. Connecting to my PC to transfer files was rough though, the device kept disconnecting and crashing my computer. For the price and despite the quality of the casing, I can’t really recommend this device in its current state. This is a shame, because I really did want to like this device, but further updates to the UI are definitely in order. Hope to see a more stable release/model in the future!

Its Bluetooth ability to connect to other items is limited. It connects to portable speakers and earbuds. Nothing more. For less than a year, it has been malfunctioning.

Bought this around Christmas time and it ended up on my desk for several months. I finally got around to getting it set up and found it has issues. The volume wheel doesn’t work consistently, the touchscreen is not reliable and a bit of light pressure on the top left corner seems to change settings as well.Bummer I missed my return window but that’s on me, I won’t be buying another one of these.

It’s simple enough for kids to use but still has plenty of features to keep them entertained. The touchscreen is responsive, and the menus are easy to understand. The fact that it comes with a memory card is great because it’s ready to use right away. The sound quality is better than I expected, and I love that it supports different music formats. Bluetooth pairing is quick, and it holds a solid connection. The built-in speaker is a nice touch, too. It’s lightweight, making it easy for little hands to carry around, and the battery life seems solid so far.

I bought this as a gift for my nephew, but I tested it before giving it to him, the full touch screen is responsive, making it super easy to navigate through music and other features. One thing I noticed is that the battery life is excellent. After a full charge, it lasted for hours without any issues. The Bluetooth connectivity is smooth—I connected it to both headphones and a speaker without any trouble. My nephew loves music but doesn’t have a phone yet, so this is the perfect way for him to enjoy his favorite songs without distractions.
