My 6th Paddletek paddle
I like the phoenix series. Good weight and control. Reasonable price.

Broke on first use
6 warm up shots on first use and handle broke.I am going to ask for a replacement assuming that I have been very unlucky, but this sort of thing rather dents one confidence in something that has been reviewed so highly

Heavier than many other paddles
This brand was recommended to me by a friend that has been playing pickleball for 4-5 years. I have tried paddles from other players. I find that for my novice to intermediate level ( 1 month pickleball, played tennis before) a lighter paddle is easier to maneuver. I will update my review in a few months when I become more advanced.

Great paddle
This paddle is very comfortable and has a good weight to it. The color is cute but I wish I would have gotten the one that matched my bag. Nice mid price range for a beginner.

It’s a paddle
Works like any other paddle, not as heavy as some and not a lightweight as some. For me personally it feels perfect when playing. Hasn’t made me a professional but still nice to play with.
