Expensive peephole - save your money
I've been using it for about 4 months now.Cons:-goes through batteries like crazy, and I am NOT using the motion sensor.-keeps losing Wi-Fi settings when batteries need to be replaced (would be nice if they had a lithium backup battery to maintain settings).-Wi-Fi set up is tedious and not intuitive.-does not integrate with Amazon or Google - though it never claimed it did, but for the price, it should be an option.-slow notifications on phone app.-I thought it was expensive when I purchased it for CDN$ 289.50 (taxes in), now (April 5, 2022) it's listed for $410.58 +tax - CRAZY.Pros:I purchased after seeing YouTube video and liked the idea of not having a big, easily stolen video camera on my apartment door. From the hallway, no one would know you have a video peephole. Conclusion:I purchased prior to moving and setting up and am now past the return period, otherwise I would have sent it back. Until they solve some of the interface issues and battery life, save your money.

Spyware! Beware!🚩
I've had this product for a few months now, and I can say it's absolute garbage.A waste of money.🚩🚩🚩🚩It's pretty much Chinese Spyware...even the app is awful.... hardly functions. It works when it wants to and stops working when you need it to work. They don't even update their app.🚩Many times it'll just drop from the wifi and be offline for several days at a time... despite being literally next to the wifi modem.🚩Product also claims your camera data isn't shared outside your home over the internet, but that's a lie. The device connects to 'ping servers' god knows where in the world they are located.🚩Camera quality is terrible as well... it's the 2020s, y'all should be up to snuff with the latest and greatest. If you want the Chinese spying on you, then this is the product for you!!!Otherwise, I must recommend Ring or SimplySafe.

Le pire wi-fi et support
J'ai réussi après de long test à le connecter sur une Livebox mais impossible sur un Asus ZenWifi et maintenant sur une Freebox Delta. Le support officiel n'est d'aucune aide.

Nice device but not for everyone
I had a maniac banging on the door to my flat a while back but whoever it was had gone by the time I got to the peephole. I wish I knew who it was.I looked at various devices but they were all something you stick on the outside of the door which is not allowed in my apartment complex and I wouldn't want my door looking different to all the others.I went for the Brinno SHC1000W which connects to my wifi and sends emails with images attached. I didn't use the motion sensor or the external door knocker, I'm just using the internal knock sensor so that my door looks completely normal from the outside. This device only has two uses it emails images of anyone knocking on the door and you can get a live view of the outside on the app. Its not much use for alerting you to a visitor as emails take too long to come through maybe they would be faster if I used my work 365 email but if you just want a record of anyone knocking its perfect and if you hear someone knocking you can pick up your phone and open the app to see who is there. I set it up 3 weeks ago and the battery now says 75% so maybe I will get 2 to 3 months.Slight bug in the app, images stored in the sd card dont always load but I found if I click on the live view first then on files they load every time.I set the knock sensor to 20 as any lower sends the odd false email. You need to use the peephole that comes with the device which gives much clearer images than my existing peephole.Great device for me, just what I needed, not as many features as others but no chunk of plastic on the outside of the door to upset the management company or paranoid neighbours.
