Wild Yam Cream for Menopause: Organic Wild Yam Cream for Hormone Balance 2 OZ

I asked my doctor before trying this and she told me that wild yam works great for some and not others. For me, this cream is amazing. I have experienced great relief from symptoms of aging since I started using it and have recommended it to all of my friends. I do alternate where I apply it and googled how to use as I didn't quite understand the directions for use that it came with.

The media could not be loaded. This is about the 4th brand I have used so far. I was taken back by the look of it at first, but I guess that shows how organic it is. I love how protected the product is. The box it comes in is so secure, then there is a seal on the bottle itself and then there was a piece covering the product once the lid was removed.It absorbed into my skin very well. I haven't had enough time with the product so far, but I will let you if anything changes.

Expensive, grainy and greasy

Just bought this for menopause. The instructions for menopause indicate to "start on day 7". What? I don't have a day 7, it's periomenopause/menopause not a regular cycle. How am I to use this product if there is no regular cycle or has not been a cycle in months? It seems like they're indicating it only works in certain times, and without better instructions this product is as good as a paperweight.

I have been trying to regulate my cycle. And since using this, it's been about 2 months now and my cycle has been averaging about 45 days. And this month, on the 2nd month of using, it came 1 day early. So it's working!

it is a good cream, but it is useless unless you do together liver cleansing protocol and using this cream. Just a cream :( not helping

Love this yam cream. Give it a few months to even levels out, especially if you are farther into menopause. This has been a game changer for me.
