I bought this coffee cake a few months back I did try it. My feeling it needed something else in mix. This is why I am not giving 5 stars.

Best Gluten Free Dairy Free mix I've tried!
I made this cake in a 9x13 pan, it came out great- not gooey in the middle. It is moist and very tasty! I topped it with a favorite family recipe, a boiling brown sugar frosting (made with coconut milk, brown & white sugar, Crisco, & vanilla).I have made this as a bunt coffee cake with Cinnamon and sugar swirled through it and sprinkled on top, and I have made muffins by just adding blueberries and nothing else...all have come out great! this is by far the Best gluten free & dairy free cake mix i've ever tried! I highly recommend it. I rarely recommend a mix gluten free or regular, I prefer to make from scratch, I tried this mix when I was in a time crunch and I like it better than my own yellow cake recipe!
