We've been using this collar for several months now and overall I am very happy. The battery in the collar and remote last a surprisingly long time and I think it has helped our dog bark less. I really love being able to switch between automatic mode and manual mode, because when the dogs are playing together and get somewhat loud, I can turn the auto mode off without interrupting them and powering off the entire collar. I also love being able to adjust the levels of each setting and only using the static as a very last resort. My only complaint is the sensitivity is somewhat off. When on auto mode and my dog shakes her head, it almost always goes off (beeps and vibrates). The collar will then be off center slightly and when she barks, it won't go off. I usually have the remote close by and can manually activate it, but it is annoying. My older dog has also activated it, even though he's not the one wearing it. So they could probably work to improve the sensitivity of the collar, but overall it was a good buy.

We purchased this as a tool to be able to use for a dog who sometimes gets aggressive. Upon receiving, the first item in instructions is DON'T USE ON AGGRESSIVE DOGS! Now why didn't they have that in the description on line so we wouldn't have bought it?!!! Very disappointing. It may work for other uses. So our complaint is that the online description needs to be more complete!

I bought this in May- delivered June 1. I noticed after the first few weeks it would require me to chRhe it almost daily. Then on August 1 the charging port just broke off! My dog was wearing it and I heard a clink and there the port was- on the ground! Since it’s past the return window I can’t do anything but order a different one. Very disappointed

We used this a handful of times over a 60 day period. The day the product support expired the collar just stopped working entirely. The collar and remote will both charge, but the collar will not do anything, nor will the remote initiate any vibration/shock. It worked fine the times we used it, but given the short lifespan of the collar I would not recommend it.

The operational directions as written were extremely difficult to follow and understand. The product shows that it was made in China. Maybe the directions were a poor translation from Chinese to English. I had to contact Amazon for help. (Amazon's help was sent via email.) Having two chargers instead of just one would make it easier.
