What should we expect when we first start using the Zipadee-Zip?

Transitioning out of the swaddle is a big change for your little one. Prepare for some sleep disruptions for the first few days as your baby adjusts. Consistency and patience are key.

What’s the best way to introduce the Zipadee-Zip to my baby?

We recommend gradually introducing your baby to the Zipadee-Zip. Start with using the Zipadee-Zip for the last sleep cycle of the night and for naps first, before using it for the entire night.

How long does it normally take for babies to adjust to the Zipadee-Zip?

Adjustment periods vary, however, many parents found that their baby adapted within 3-7 days when used consistently for all sleep times.

Is there anything else you can do to ease the transition?

You can try additional sleep training methods like blackout curtains or a sound machine to promote even better sleep habits.
