This little chainsaw has been an excellent addition to my little tool set! I have a neighbor that doesn't trim or take care of their trees. I have their branches coming over my fence and I'm really tired of it. I got this little chainsaw and took care of it in an instant. I have never used a chainsaw in my life, but this little thing was easy for me to operate and take those limbs down.

Not impressed by this product, did not cut as expected, I was able to do the same job with trimming shears.

This compact and lightweight tool is designed for tree limbs & firewood cutting, gardening, and tree trimming without the hassle of gas, cords, or heavy equipment.The 6-inch blade is sized for small to medium tasks, such as trimming branches or felling smaller trees. The build quality is sturdy and strong feeling but still lightweight. Because of the ergonomic grip and light weight I didn’t stress my hand/wrist/arm, totally beneficial during longer jobs.With a 20V cordless electric motor, the Brushless Mini Chainsaw has impressive cutting power. I have cut hardwood and softwood and this saw sliced right through both. The brushless motor increases efficiency, reduces break downs and extends the life of the chainsaw. The chain tensioning system is but a ¼ or ½ turn of a little screwdriver and the safety switch prevents accidents. A sweet bonus is that the product comes with an extra two chains.This chainsaw is perfect for both gardening and more serious woodcutting tasks. We did a major trim on the maple out back. One of us used our large chainsaw to cut big stuff, the other could cut that up with this mini. It worked great and surprisingly, didn’t even use up a whole battery for as much cutting as we did.The 6-inch blade is versatile enough to handle it all. It easily sliced through 4” limbs. This is a great price for this powerful little saw. I highly recommend.

We've owned a couple other similar 6" mini chainsaws but this first one that does not have automatic oiling and would not go with one like this again. The included instructions did not have any information on how/where to oil it. The mini chainsaw cuts well and has enough power but the chain won't stay tight and comes off too easy. The nice thing is the equipment comes in a hard plastic carrying case and has two batteries and charging cord. The gloves and safety glasses are pretty flimsy. There is an extra chain, light weight screwdriver and an empty oil bottle.

I will admit that I am getting lazier as I get older (or is it working smarter instead of harder) and was looking for a less manual way of pruning the trees around my property than using a pruning saw. This mini chainsaw is extremely easy to use and saved me a lot of time. To use it (after putting on safety glasses and gloves that come with it), you just snap in a battery, push the safety and pull the trigger. It does have a cover plate over the saw that prevents some wood splinters from being shot back at you but it does make a mess (which all chainsaws do and the reason you need to wear safety glasses).I was able to get two trees pruned using one battery and it still had more left on it. The fact that it comes with two batteries means that you could work quite a while. Most of the branches I was working on were 4 inches in diameter or less so I wasn't able to test the maximum size but I don't see it having any issues with them. It handled those with ease.Once done and everything is cleaned up and re-oiled, you can store everything in the box it came in. Overall, this is the complete package as it comes with two batteries, the charger, safety glasses, gloves, oil, and a spare chain. It has everything you need at a great price.
